Cycling Sunday (and birthday)

Today is/was my birthday, so I had a busy day. Started, as usual, with the cycling training. Had wonderful weather and did a bit of everything (long/short and easy/fast). Here are the stats:

Then some more preparations for the celebrations, like grocery shopping (again). Around tea time, my family and friends came over and we had a nice get together. Some of them stayed for a BBQ dinner, which was also good fun (and tasty). Then the well known cleaning in the evening and some more baking for the celebrations at work. I actually wouldn't mind an extra weekend day however...

Ended at a nice 30k report. Pretty good!
