My Actifit Report Card: August 12 2023

Active Saturday. The day started off pretty wet, so I decided not to go for a cycling ride. Instead, I went out late in the morning for a long walk in the drizzle. Also got some buns for lunch on the way. Then did some more grocery shopping in the afternoon and had an easy time afterwards. Did some cooking and housekeeping in the evening, adding the total to 18k steps.

Ik was er vroeg bij, dus dat helpt voor wat betreft het aantal Actifit punten. Leuk om weer een Nederlandse vriend bij te hebben!
Zie dat je nog steeds gebruik maakt van de Kerst-gadgets. Hoe krijg je dat voor elkaar? Heb je er destijds veel tegelijk gekocht?
