Testing the Fire Splinter in the "Wild" format | A great victory led by "Pyre".
As everyone knows my favorite team is Death, but, I can not be living only playing with the "Splinter of Death", since the risk of being blocked is quite big, of course in low leagues this does not happen, but when I manage to climb is a fact that I will not always have the possibility to play with him, and of course they find a way to counter my strategies is something that can clearly happen, it is the right way to play always diversifying.
That is why on this occasion I wanted to experiment a strategy using the "Fire Splinter", which is not among my favorites, but, I must begin to test them and to observe what I like and what I don't like and thus set goals to be able to buy cards later that I like and that complement the strategies that I propose. Now, taking this into consideration, I will do a battle using "Pyre" as my main summoner, which provides speed to my whole team.
My Battle Rules.
Mana:
26
Standard:
The only battle rule available so far that I have is the famous and called "Standard", as everyone knows in this rule absolutely anything goes, but the truth is that starting in the Bronze league, the cards do not have many skills to say, so you must have a lot of skill to form the cards correctly, since most depend on their default statistics, what I mean by this is that the monsters will depend on their attack points, health, defense and speed, rather than a fabulous ability that helps to win the game in a cool and incredible way.
This is partly positive, because it helps you to know each of your cards and in my case, I am interested in knowing other "Splinters" apart from my favorite which is "Death", in this case, I was very interested in "Fire", so I started to try strategies and formations, but I particularly liked the one I tried in this battle, where I combined a little bit of everything, however, this is something that I will explain later.
My Battle
My strategy for this battle was very simple, as I said, combine a little bit of everything to have more chances to win, so I would say that all my cards made a great contribution to this victory, but I must highlight the work of some of them, which I liked a lot and although they represented a risk in the lineup because of their low amount of vital points and a clear weakness in my strategy, the battle unfolded as I predicted, so my opponent did not have time to attack some of my cards, except for my powerful tank, which I must say justified his position as it should be.
Now, next, I will highlight the cards that in my opinion did more damage to my opponent:
Serpentine Spy: The performance of this card was amazing, also the ability called "Opportunist" is one of my favorites, as it focuses on attacking the weakest in terms of life points, but what I liked the most is that it neutralized one of the pillars of my opponent in terms of attack, since my summoner "Pyre" gave him a big boost by increasing his speed by 1 point.
Fire Elemental: This is the 2nd card that I liked, as it has an incredible speed of 4 points, which rises to 5 thanks to my summoner "Pyre", becoming the 2nd monster with the highest speed of my entire field, so it was the first to attack, plus its 2 points of ranged attack and its ability "Blast", was the most dangerous of my lineup, since, with this, it can cause collateral damage to the cards that are very close to its attack target.
Creeping Ooze: Finally, I want to point out the great utility of this card, which at first glance for many is not very strong, which is true, but what is amazing about it is its ability called "Slow", because it decreases 1 point of speed to all the monsters of our opponent, something that actually causes us to win or lose battles, also, if you look at the battle, the only card that my opponent had the opportunity to destroy was this, but the damage it caused in my opponent is already done.
Alignment
Pyre
This was my chosen summoner for this battle and although I know there are better ones, it is the only one I have with a more decent level, however, I chose it for a very specific reason, this being because its main ability is to increase the speed points of all the monsters on my side of the field, which can often cause us to win or lose a battle and in my strategy it clearly worked very well to increase the speed of my cards.
Living Lava
This card is a great tank, in my fire team is the only one qualified to occupy that place, although I know there are more cards that of course can serve for the same, but, in my case, the "Living Lava" has a great resistance to possess the ability called "Shield", which creates a shield around it that reduces the damage that can cause the monsters with melee or ranged attacks.
Fineas Rage
At first I hesitated to place this card in my lineup, as the amount of mana required to summon it is high, but its speed, HP and powerful attack told me that I could trust its performance as a backup tank and what convinced me the most about it were its vital points. Definitely a great addition to my team.
Furious Chicken
I chose this card for the 3rd position in case my two front cards fell in the battle, this would allow me to get more time for the rest of my most important cards in the attack to defeat all of my opponent's monsters, which worked well, but it was not necessary.
Serpentine Spy
As I already mentioned, this card was one of the main cards of my strategy, its great power and speed managed to defeat the most dangerous cards of my opponent, although of course, this was also thanks to the powerful ability called "Opportunist", which as I said, focuses on attacking the weakest cards in life points in the formation of my opponent and causally these cards were the most dangerous in attack.
Fire Elemental
This card is great, I also commented that I really liked her performance in the battle, where she basically did a lot of damage from the rear very quickly and without giving my opponent time to defeat her. Her speed, attack and special ability were key to my victory.
Creeping Ooze
This card is fabulous in every way, it is really very very useful in the battlefield thanks to its "Slow" ability and its incredibly low mana cost to summon it, is for this reason that I also highlight it as one of the most important cards of my strategy.
Strategy
This one was really simple, since I mainly focused on all my cards being faster than my opponent's, making sure that with my summoner "Pyre" they would get 1 additional point of speed, but on the other hand, thanks to my "Creeping Ooze", my opponent would lose 1 point of speed in all his cards, which would help all my cards to get ahead and take the advantage in terms of attack, it is for this reason that all my team was balanced and perfectly formed to be able to win this specific battle.
See you next time players

Pyre is such a fun summoner!!! It's a shame how many people forget all about him, and he's insanely cheap to max right now too.

Excellent battle, you must take into account that there are more good Splinters that you can try, the fire one is not one of my favorites, but, it is also great.
