UNIÓN FAMILIAR - Celebrando el Día Internacional del Abrazo en Familia

Saludos queridos amigos, una vez más les traigo contenido de calidad sobre mi experiencia en la celebración del abrazo en familia.

Ya se ha vuelto una tradición en mi colegio sumarse a la celebración del día internacional del abrazo en familia, una iniciativa según entiendo se realiza desde hace muchos años principalmente en instituciones educativas y que tiene como objetivo resaltar los valores fundamentales de la familia como semilla principal del amor y la tolerancia dentro del hogar, por eso el ponente en esta ocasión buscaba principalmente que la familia disfrutara de un espacio ameno y de aprendizaje alejándose de la cotidianidad del trabajo y del mundo de los dispositivos electrónicos que tanto aleja a los miembros de un núcleo familiar dentro de su propia casa.

La charla sobre los valores en la familia fue muy interesante, incluso debo resaltar que algunas de las sugerencias que dio el ponente las hemos puesto en práctica dentro de mi hogar para lograr unirnos más como núcleo familiar, dedicando a cada uno el tiempo y la comprensión necesaria para ser escuchado y apoyado más allá de las simples tareas del colegio, estas pequeñas acciones por tontas que parezcan pueden cambiar por completo la percepción dentro de la convivencia diaria de lo que sería una comunicación efectiva.

Imagino que todas somos propensos a aislarnos de la realidad y sumirnos en la tecnología, a mí me ha pasado en algunas oportunidades sin darme cuenta, un ejemplo de esto es el sentarme en la mesa con el teléfono en la mano viendo cualquier video, comer y levantarme nuevamente sin ni siquiera cruzar una palabra con mis padres y lo que es peor sin ni siquiera levantar la vista del teléfono, en este punto debo decir que fueron acciones inconscientes que por supuesto nunca quise realizar, pero que por tener mi atención en el pequeño aparatito que llevo en la mano no me di cuenta de cuanto me alejaba del mundo real y del afecto necesario.

Una práctica inteligente que emprendimos como aprendizaje de esta charla educativa es que a la hora de la comida nadie se sienta en la mesa con el teléfono, ese es un espacio que hemos dispuesto para hablar un poco más sobre nuestras cosas y problemas, pero ojo cosas que no tengan nada que ver con el estrés del trabajo o los estudios, sino más bien sobre cosas que mis padres quieren transmitirme.

Ahora les contaré un poco más sobre el acto, empezó desde muy temprano los padres tuvieron la oportunidad de asistir junto con sus hijos al acto cívico donde se canta el himno y se rezan las oraciones de la mañana, luego pasaron al patio de recreo donde pudieron disfrutar de un desayuno sencillo y tradicional venezolano, me refiero por supuesto a empanadas de la cantina y una malta, lo cual es genial para disfrutar y reír, estoy seguro de que ustedes también han compartido este tipo de momentos.

Finalmente, llegó el momento de la charla que empezó con unas palabras del rector del colegio y luego hablo un especialista en relaciones de la familia que con palabras graciosas nos hizo entender muchas situaciones de la vida cotidiana que debemos cambiar para mejorar, seguidamente nos dio varios consejos para mejorar las cosas los cuales como les comente estamos poniendo en práctica con excelentes resultados.

Este acto terminó con su objetivo fundamental un gran abrazo en familia que me llenó de mucha alegría y felicidad, ya que el hecho de que mi papá y mi mamá tuvieran el tiempo para ausentarse de sus interesantes trabajos toda una mañana y dedicarlo enteramente a mí fue algo que recordaré siempre y trataré de tener presente para esforzarme más en mis estudios y hacer que se sientan orgullosos.

Espero que también puedan celebrar en cualquier momento un tiempo en familia para reencontrarse tan solo con hacer algunas de las cosas que comenté arriba.

Greetings dear friends, once again I bring you quality content about my experience celebrating family hugs.

It has already become a tradition in my school to join the celebration of the international family hug day, an initiative as I understand it has been carried out for many years mainly in educational institutions and whose objective is to highlight the fundamental values ​​of the family as the main seed of love and tolerance within the home, which is why the speaker on this occasion was mainly looking for the family enjoy a pleasant and learning space, getting away from the daily work and the world of electronic devices that distance members so much from a family nucleus within their own home.

The talk about family values ​​was very interesting, I must even highlight that some of the suggestions that the speaker gave have been put into practice within my home to achieve a closer unity as a family nucleus, dedicating time and understanding to each one. Necessary to be heard and supported beyond simple school tasks, these small actions, no matter how silly they may seem, can completely change the perception within daily life of what effective communication would be.

I imagine that we are all prone to isolate ourselves from reality and immerse ourselves in technology, it has happened to me on some occasions without realizing it, an example of this is sitting at the table with the phone in hand watching any video, eating and getting up again without even exchanging a word with my parents and what is worse without even looking up from the phone, at this point I must say that they were unconscious actions that of course I never wanted to do, but because I had my attention on the little one little device that I carry in my hand, I did not realize how much I was moving away from the real world and the necessary affection.

An intelligent practice that we undertook as a lesson from this educational talk is that at lunchtime no one sits at the table with the phone, that is a space that we have arranged to talk a little more about our things and problems, but beware things that have nothing to do with the stress of work or studies, but rather about things that my parents want to pass.

Now I will tell you a little more about the act, it started very early, the parents had the opportunity to attend the civic act together with their children where the hymn is sung, and the morning prayers are said, then they went to the playground where they could enjoy a simple and traditional Venezuelan breakfast, I mean of course empanadas from the cantina and a malt, which is great to enjoy and laugh, I'm sure you guys have shared this kind of moments too.

Finally, it was time for the talk that began with a few words from the rector of the school and then a specialist in family relations spoke who with funny words made us understand many situations of daily life that we must change to improve, then he gave us several tips to improve things which, as I told you, we are putting into practice with excellent results.

This act ended with its fundamental objective, a big family hug that filled me with great joy and happiness, since the fact that my father and mother had the time to be absent from their interesting work for a whole morning and dedicate it entirely to me was something I will always remember and try to keep in mind to try harder in my studies and make them proud.
