Do not get caught in the web of worry
I have maintained a good rhythm in my lifestyle because I don't get caught by worries, I just try to solve them without much detours, at the end of the day what I do is clear my mind and get ready to rest all hours of the night, we gain nothing trying to solve our problems from bed because the only thing we will achieve is not to rest well.
I know of people who spend entire nights thinking about every single thing that happens during the day, whether negative or positive, and that keeps them mentally exhausted and in the long run is reflected in the physical, in my case it is not that I do not worry about my issues, I just do not let them take over my mind, especially not at night.
The night hours are naturally used to rest and recover strength to continue with our daily routine with the best of spirits, I love to see people resting at night and see their deep sleep because I know they are resting without being trapped by the nets of worry which if we let ourselves be trapped we can hardly get out easily.
You can easily get out by exercising (walking, running,...)
