ᴍʏ ᴇᴠᴀʟᴜᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ʀᴇᴘᴏʀᴛ ғᴏʀ 𝟸𝟶𝟸𝟸

Hello readers and fellow bloggers, hope you are good. I'm feeling a little enthusiastic at the moment, it is likely you sense some kind of glamour in my manner of presentation of words😅. it is another edition of creative writing on hive learners community for week 42 episode 2 titled. End of the year.

As you all know, this year is gradually coming to an end, which brings us to the moment when we start evaluating our activities throughout the year. I must say this year has been rough full of ups and downs but in the moment of the hardships some things were achieved, though I had made mention of some of it in some of my earlier post this month but let me quickly do a run through of the list of things I have been able to achieve, such as:

_{𝖣𝖾𝗌𝗂𝗀𝗇𝖾𝖽 𝗎𝗌𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝖼𝖺𝗇𝗏𝖺}

In an earlier post I made mention of this, you can read commercialisation of Skills for more details. this year begins with my HND 2 First semester, during the holiday period last year I made a promise to my self to increase my level of productivity and attain a significant level of financial stability. as you all know, attaining financial stability in Nigeria can be challenging sometimes due to the nature of the country economy and drastic spate of inflation. But regardless of the hardship of the society I realise there are 4 elements in money making process, which involves:

• ELEMENT 1: VALUE
  Acquisition of money is transactional, in order to earn money you must have something of value you are willing to trade, a product/service/ skill or commodity that will satisfy peoples' need, something you can leverage on to earn.

• ELEMENT 2: PEOPLE
  There are the sole receiver of the service, they are your audience in need of the specific service you can render, after you poses a particular product or skills your next step is to search for people who are in need of it.

• ELEMENT 3: TIMING
  This is a crucial part of money making process, rendering particular services at a time it is needed, for example in Nigeria, Umbrella sells better during raining season and also scratch card sells the most when result is out. You have to make sure that you take advantage of the timing.

• ELEMENT 4: COST
  Rendering a service at an affordable price is very important, you have to have in mind the psychographic and demographic variables of consumers that influence their purchasing behaviour when it comes to price. The moment the price is too expensive, You have successfully segregated your consumers through the instrument of price. well your target audience determines your product and your product determines your target audience. Market survey is very important in this stage.

In a nut shell, the moment I understood how this works I was able to commercialise my skill by offering application form to students seeking admission, payment of school fees for returning and newly admitted students, writing scripts for broadcast practical students and writing of research project for final year student and other added services. this is one of my major achievement this year.

MY RABBIT FARM

_{𝖣𝖾𝗌𝗂𝗀𝗇𝖾𝖽 𝗎𝗌𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝖼𝖺𝗇𝗏𝖺}

I have established this for awhile with the help for my dad, like I said in some of my earlier post, my family enjoy farm and livestock raring which we also commercialise on. My own sector is the rabbit farm which I made a lot of profit from this year. I made use of the social media to advertise my rabbit farm which turn out great, I never knew a lot of ladies crave to have rabbit as pets. I was really happy about it.

MY HIVE BLOG

My hive blog progress was stagnant for awhile , especially during my I.T days and when I was newly admitted for my HND program. I was too stucked with work labour and eventually school activities multiplied the stress, I was unable to cope and focus on my blog, after the first quarter of this year I started revisiting my blog gradually and also with the help of @starstrings that delegated a significant amount HIVE POWER and time for coaching which assisted me in increasing my engagement and performing more activities on my blog.

PERSONAL GROWTH

This can be categorised into two Academically and financially

• ACADEMICALLY: I just concluded my final year project recently and I'm awaiting my project defence by January. though it is not official yet but I can say to a particular extent that I have concluded my HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA 2 years program, which is a very significant progress in my academic career, all thanks God Almighty and the support of my parents.

• FINANCIALLY: To a level, I can boldly say I have attained a significant level of financial stability compared to what I had last year, I know I still have a long way to go but I'm proud of how far I have gone.

I guess the only part of my life that remained the way it was since last year is my relationship status 🤣, I will do something about that next year 😎
