This is my second home, where I spend 8 hours or more depending on the season.

As it is the weekend, we can wear our own clothes, and as we handle perishable foodstuffs, we have to take hygienic measures such as a hat or gloves to place the requested orders.

My routine is very dynamic, when we arrive at the office we turn on the instruments such as the computer, telephone and adding machine.

Once the computer is turned on, we look for the Premium programme which is very easy to use in any of its items, as everything requires preparation, but in a few days with perseverance we can be masters.

Before invoicing we ask the production team if we have the complete orders, and the person in charge of the loading area gives us the detailed information for invoicing.

When issuing the invoice, it is executed by the fiscal machine and then we look for the option to reprint the invoice in dollars by the normal printer, to then staple it with the fiscal one and send the corresponding photo by whatsapp to the client.

Informing in this way, that the requested order will arrive and if you want to attach something else, you can do it on time.

It is a very pleasant interaction where supply and demand reigns.

Once the above is ready, we proceed to count the goods with the assistant and the driver as witnesses of what we deliver according to the invoice and according to the route and according to the timetable of departure from the cellar.

The most stressful thing is the number of orders that arrive, because if it is a wholesaler, the quantities are large. When the cellar leaves, the administrative work follows, such as processing payments, making calls to suppliers or customers and making a preliminary inventory of what is left over, so that the production manager can be guided to prepare the next production.

Everything is a chain, it requires the support of all departments, be it production, ovens and packaging to leave the final goods intact and to reach the micro and macro businesses.

As in every job, we go through ups and downs with our co-workers, as happens in the best families.

But there are groups that make your day extraordinary, because of their human quality and understanding in the face of routine events, not with just anyone we find a connection between tastes and colours. There are always essences that make the difference.

Today we took the opportunity to give a cake to a colleague, a friend of life who with her actions and attitudes has proven to be a super woman, she is a systems engineer, proactive, fighter and mother, called Maria.
