Today I will venture into a phrase that many of us say and hear innocently, and in my particular case I even ignored what this phrase contains or rather opens, as far as its power of creation and construction is concerned.

In one of many conversations he spoke to me about the great power of the phrase "I AM", and in his preaching he explained to me that when Jesus was arrested on the Mount of Olives, thus beginning the famous Passion of Christ, it was here where Jesus made use of this phrase three times, to make his power clear, before the soldiers and the crowd that wanted to arrest him, and the power of this phrase was so great that when they asked about him, he limited himself to answering, "I AM ” and it is said that at that moment the soldier who requested it was disturbed, disarmed and shaken three times, with great intensity, and it was after this that he submitted to the arrest

These explanations left me with great curiosity and confusion, since the phrase "I AM" repeated many times can be misinterpreted as selfish or "yoista" as we usually say in Venezuela.

As the days passed, meditating on the great little phrase, I began to include it in my work vocabulary and it gave me results that I myself did not expect. My performance and performance began to be more valued by my superiors, so much so that in a year I was considered and awarded as the worker of the month ten times, later rewarding me with a trip to the beautiful, warm and beautiful beaches of Tucacas, State Falcón, along with my wife and children, with all expenses paid, for a whole weekend

This phrase became very common and everyday for me, and one day my wife told me about some (CRP) Circle of Personal Realization workshops and I, without much encouragement and without paying much attention to her long explanation, said yes. ok, let's do it.

So I start my workshop, all discouraged, with my mind and thoughts focused on getting a quick solution to my marital and financial problems. I remember that in the fourth class, I heard the expression "I AM" by the interlocutor and at that moment my alarms went off and I was encouraged one hundred percent.

The leader explained the power of this phrase and gave us even the best time to use it for greater effectiveness. So it was this that ratified what my friend said several years ago and the results obtained in my workplace

How to use it?

Pay attention and I'll explain: every morning at about 5:00 am and 6:00 am, when we get up, our body is rested, detoxified and very receptive in terms of energies, since they flow stronger and there is a better connection with the universe. From that period of time we will have a few moments to decree, every day, the following affirmation, "I (name and surname) AM, the most magnificent, splendid and remarkable being in the Universe"

The objective is to recite and declare this affirmation to communicate with the Universe and fill ourselves with those positive energies and in high vibrational frequency.

Friends, all power is within our being and we are part of this great ecosystem, so let's take advantage of these energies that we possess and connect with the Universe and its positive energies, let's overflow our being with these wonderful and splendid energies, let's fill ourselves with self-love. How could we love others, if we do not love ourselves? We must be full and overflowing with love, with positive and creative energies, to give love and transmit power.
