Diving into Hive: A New Chapter Begins

Hello, great friends. I am Victoria Taiwo Osuntoki, with the pen name Victoria Taiwo. I just climbed the third ladder, you should guess my age, yes, you guessed right. I came across this platform some weeks back through a corp member serving at my place of work, in person of @princessbusayo. In a quest to know more, in a quest to write and express my self freely. I'm a graduate of English Language and Education at the prestigious University, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State Nigeria. Happily married with two wonderful kids.

Some of my best experiences in life is being an undergraduate! You know, the freedom that accompany it, the liberty of staying alone or with one's peer group without the prying eyes of the adult, going out at will, not minding the time, in all, having the thought and idea of being an adult that can take care of oneself is itself a big deal. Of course, it's a delicate period in one's life, because some have misuse that period and has dent their entire life, young adults should therefore take care of themselves, think very well before embarking on any journey, decisions shouldn't be taken in an emotional state in order not to regret.

My dread moments? Of course, there are, because life itself is not a bed of roses. There are ups and downs, highs and lows, challenges and some feats have been attained. I fear pregnancy period. You see, the discomfort, the idea of putting one's life on hold at that period, the thought of labour, the question of how am I going to survive the labour etc. And postpartum! Oh my! Postpartum depression is real. New Mummy usually go through this first phase unprepared. The little dictator that will always demand one's attention all the time, one's unkept look at home, numerous and countless they are.... In all these, I am strong.

Why writing? You will want to ask me. Yes, I love writing, in fact, I started writing as a secondary school student, thought none of my work has been published. Writing essay, article, story, poetry helped me express myself, my imagination, my aspirations, my all, the happenings arroud me. It is part of me, I found out that writing is me.

As a writer, writing helps one to observe, monitor and improve your creativity when you writes more.
Why Hive Blockchain? Hive blockchain is a Web 3 social platform where one writes and expresses themselves. I know it's my first time knowing what web 3 is, though it seems ambiguous to me now, I know with time, this would be something I can vouch to know later. A lot of people here are like me who came as a first timer but with time, got to know a lot of things.

Coming online to learn is an opportunity for me as I want to mingle with writers, friends and learn from them while building my account. The likes of Hive, Hbd, HP looks difficult to grasp, just like I was being explained to, one keeps learning every day, and it never stops because learning itself starts from cradle to grave, so there is no end to learning.

I am optimistic about HIVE, to know what Hive entails, it's diverse communities with their niches. I will take my time to explore, delve into these communities and find out which one fits my niches and also not to limit myself to certain niches but to gain insight and lots of informations from other communities. I will surely try my possible best to provide quality content that will be enriched with lessons, morals, culture and to learn from. Thank you.
