ZOOM THANKSGIVING SERVICE 9-04-2022

The Thanksgiving service as taught by Bro. Daniel was anchored on being Free from sin.

WHAT I LEARNT FROM THE MESSAGE:

If we fall into sins and confess our sins, God shall forgive us.

God does not forsake a repentant heart.

We need to accept that we've sinned against God.

We need to keep to the word of God.

We should abide in Christ so that we would bear fruit.

We need to keep the word of God and to keep our faith.

When we keep our faith, we'd bear fruit..

If we feel we've committed sin, we should repent and move away from the sin.

For us to remain in the faith, we shouldn't be pulled by every wind of doctrine.

We should abide in Christ.

Everytime we commit sin before God, our heart would seem weak.

When we sin, we'd be separated from the love of God.

We should keep the word of God written in our hearts.

When we sin, we should pray to God and we would return from our wicked ways.

We should persist from all unrighteousness and we should confess our sins.

If we don't admit our sins, we wouldn't prosper.

We can't prosper when we're in prison and this prison signifies the sin.

Sin puts us in prison, it refrains us from doing good.

The devil is fighting always to remove from us the word.

We shouldn't be enticed by our own evil.

When you confess our sins, we'd serve God in peace of heart.

We should confess our sins to the preacher or to the servant of God.

If we see a brother committing a sin not unto death, we should pray for such brother.

God is faithful to forgive us our sins. The forgiveness brings cleansing upon us

We can only be cleansed when we turn away from our wicked ways

The devil's occupation is to steal the word of God from our hearts

Committing sin would bring us evil things.

Let's not harden our hearts to sin.

The will of God would be removed from us when we continue living in sin.

When we humble ourselves and ask for forgiveness, we'd be forgiven by God.

Lust gives rise to sin and sin gives rise to death, therefore we should be really careful on how we handle fleshly lust and sin because that is what would lead to death.

Let's not intentionally sin, so that it doesn't readily separate us from God

In the house of God that's where Christ is.

God doesn't show partiality or preference.

God is no respecter of persons and He doesn't show partiality.

As people called by God, we have an obligation.

It's the will of God that everyone gets saved, which shows that He shows no partiality.

He would accept any man from any race if such man has His fear in him.

He chooses those that He called for all men to be saved.

Those called by God compose or make up the church.

We should submit ourselves and be humble to God, we shouldn't boast or glory in ourselves.

We should make known the honor of the one who called us.

God always has a purpose in what He's doing.

Those that are chosen by God would rule with God

We should help to bear one another's burden thereby obeying the words of God.
