Sandbanks Beach, Bournemouth and the Failed Kite Surfer

During my visit to stay with a friend in Bournemouth, we decided to spend the morning at the beach at Sandbanks. The weather was overcast and the wind was quite strong, but the pooch needed a good runaround.

As we walked along the sands, we noticed an experienced kite surfer attempting to catch some wind but even he was struggling with the conditions. The wind was so strong it was making it difficult for him to get going.

We took a stroll along the water's edge, but still watched the kite surfer trying to catch the perfect gust of wind.Unfortunately, the kite fell into the sea and then the waves took it back onto the sands.

Despite the weather, the beach at Sandbanks was still lovely with its golden sand.

We left the pooch digging for Australia .....
