[Rant] Why? Why? Why?

Due to work purpose, I will need to get a new hp number. I have not apply for any new number for years. And I never thought that I would be blacklisted!!! I paid my bills accordingly...

To my surprise, when I tried to apply via online a new hp number, and I can't. That company which blacklisted me... I didn't have any personal number with them... That was at least 2 years ago, a previous company which I was with applied a company number under my name... Everything was settled last year... I thought everything had ended...

But why? Why am I in the blacklist? I call the customer service line. I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes twice. I didn't even get to speak to anyone. I left message in their FB, Twitter, YouTube... Nobody replied...

This company... I have no good feeling to them because I too have friends who were being blacklisted by them even though they have settled everything... It's ridiculous!!! You blacklisted me and what you want me to do? I try to find way to get in touch and see how can this be settled, and yet you stay quiet as if you don't exist at all!!!

I am kinda angry because I don't know what can be done now.
