Hey Neighbor!...........My Actifit Report Card: September 15 2022
Hey everybody and thanks 🙏 for stopping by today! 😎👍🤩😁
It was a me, myself and I day at work. I had two appointments; one for a guy who also happens to live on our road, which is a custom shape pair of glasses I’ve been designing for him, and then a first timer training. I’ve always got stuff to do-it’s never ending since I wear so many hats! 😅
I have a camera 🎥 system I installed, and working alone, it serves 2 purposes. One is to monitor the front door at my desk while I work; the other is to guard against theft. I was working in the back and saw someone come in while I was also on the phone 📞 I went out to let the girl know I’d be with her in a minute, only to find no one there! Okay, so maybe I hallucinated the whole thing-right? So I stayed out front to finish my phone call and then the door opened again. This time, you could have knocked me down with a feather! 🪶 Barb Beard, my long lost neighbor who moved away last summer, was standing in the clinic! I was so surprised and happy to see her! I miss her as does @silvertop and everyone else on the road as well! She would always call out “hey neighbor!” She was always a joy to be around. She would share the shirt off of her back if you needed it. I wish she had never sold her place and just stayed. She moved to Colorado for a bit, although that didn’t work out, and has now moved back but to eastern Washington. I took her picture as she took mine, lol!🤣
Tomorrow is FRIDAY!! 🤠 The appointments are filled for the day, and the clinic is ready!

Does Barb bought a new eyeglasses that you designed? Good to know you got to see each other again.
She has purchased before, but she's been gone for over a year now. I was glad to see her; she spent her growing up years and up until last year, on our road; it was part of her mom and dad's homestead. She is 81 years old, so there's a lot of history between the area and her. She is a grand lady and very interesting to visit with!

She was indeed! We miss her, but I know she is much happier in Washington state than in Colorado where she spent the last year. She has family on this side of the mountains, so I figure she will be over this way visiting some.
