I must begin this weekly proposal by admitting that I am a very jealous person and I am not only talking about being jealous of my partner but with all the members of my environment, mom, brother, friends, among others. Well, now that I am writing these lines, jealousy may reflect insecurities and it is not the first time I hear it or I am told so.

I remember when I was younger, I was jealous of my brother (who was older than me) of his friends or girlfriends hahaha it made me jealous and annoyed that he gave attention to the girls and not to me or rather I wanted to be the center of his life and when he went out with them I was very upset and I stopped talking to him for a few days😂. Likewise it was with my friends at school I did not like that they were friends with other kids I only wanted them for me in
short throughout this post I am expressing how toxic I was as a child😂.

However as I got older jealousy was decreasing more and more and more and it is not as toxic as before but it is still there haha as for example in the area of relationships it bothers me the attention that my boyfriend could give to other people (especially girls) with whom I do not feel comfortable. Also in the friendship area I was not as exaggerated as before that I could not see a friend of mine with other people because it made my blood boil but I must admit that with my closest friends when they are giving a lot of attention or are also being very close to other people (which is not me) it makes me very jealous.

I could write an endless list of things that generate this feeling that is not at all pleasant but here are some of those situations or circumstances, thanks for reading, see you next time bye bye.
