A busy life | Story for Weekend-Experiences
After a busy week, Saturday finally arrives, my day of rest, and what more would I want than to stay in bed all day, perishing and wasting time on trivial things; but it's really the least I usually do.
It's true that on Saturdays I get up later than usual, but I still follow the protocol of every morning to the letter. My dog still doesn't know about weekends –for him every day is the same– so early in the morning he is already pestering me to take him out to pee and go for his morning walk. I drag out as long as I can that instant when you know you have to get up, but you ask yourself for 10 more minutes of sleep before starting a new day.
I open the door and watch Odin run through the green areas, while he urinates on every plant that crosses his path; then I put him on his leash and we go for a walk for about 15 minutes, before starting to make breakfast.
Preparing a quick breakfast –usually arepas– and while having breakfast I chat with my parents who are in another country. End of breakfast, end of phone call. Time to run to take a shower and hit the streets.
There is always something to do on the street, cut my hair, or do some shopping; but I never leave aside the visit of some very special friends. I start by visiting the father of a very special friend who is like my sister, who is also not in the country and entrusted me to take care of her old man. There in his humble home I eat something –he always invites me to eat– and then we close the visit with good black coffee and some games with his grandson that always leave me a little dirty and exhausted. Knowing that all is well, I continue on my way.
Diligences to be solved, for which the working week is not enough, and then I move to the house of my girl's grandparents, who also do not live in the country, and whose responsibility to take care of them was delegated to me the day the women left.
Being at the home of this old couple is like being in my own home; there I feel at ease, chatting about their health, catching up with the news of the absent women, and there is never a lack of spiritual topics with grandma, which is what she is most passionate about.
The evening is short and it is time to leave, because from their house to mine there are about 7 kilometers that I have to walk, because there is no transportation that connects the two locations, and the night always catches me on the way; but only my feet are touching the ground, because my thoughts are flying, imagining things, singing or writing in my mind some other story that days later appears published in my blog.
The protocol of the night awaits me, so I go back to walk Odin, prepare dinner, take a bath and finish my day off connected to the phone while my body rests in the hammock with my feet up. There comes the early morning until I end up in my bed, exhausted but satisfied.
Just another Saturday in my busy life.

You have a busy Saturday, but you also have to rest. Although I see that you also do exercises. I think what you enjoy most is spending time with your child. Children are always good company. 🥰😌😴
Thank you for your words dear @mamani.
Although the boy is not my son, I really enjoy spending time playing with the children. As Juan Carlos Balietto would say, if you didn't go for them, everything would be sadder.
Thank you for your visit.
That is how it is, one must always seek personal satisfaction. Have a nice Tuesday to you.

Hi @eliezerfloyd Hello, no doubt you are a very rich person, with places where you are well received and people who love you. I loved your busy Saturday, full of affection and tenderness. A hug my brother
Friendship is a delicate plant that must be watered every day until it becomes stronger, so that it can survive the strongest storms.
I am always grateful for those friends who, even though we don't see each other every day, are willing to support us when we need them.
Greetings dear brother.
It is evident that you are a great gardener. a hug
