Feliz y bendecido domingo tengan todos mis panitas espero que todos estén muy bien, cómo es costumbre en mi casa preparar la una rica sopa de gallina con huevos, verduras, plátano maduro y mazorca, así que les ánimo que me acompañen para que conozcan el paso a paso de esta publicación.

Ingredients:
Hen, potato, auyama, ocumo, celery, sweet potato, onion, paprika, aji dulces, garlic, onion, parsley, corncob, ripe plantain, oil, salt, oregano, color.

Preparación:
Primeramente colocar a sancochar la gallina para que vaya ablandando después picar/ pelar los aliños como cebolla, pimentón, ají dulces, cebollín, perejil en trozos pequeños también triturar los ajos todos estos ingredientes se lo incorporamos a la gallina de igual manera pelar y picar las mazorcas en pedacitos luego le echamos un poquito aceite, orégano, color y sal al gusto debemos revolver y tapar para su cocción seguidamente le agregamos las verduras que fueron previamente peladas y picadas como auyama, papa, ocumo, apio y batata luego se lo echamos y por último le picamos plátano maduro para que se cocinen todos los ingredientes y dejar que se concentren los sabores, al estar lista se debe servir nuestro plato acompañando con aguacate, su respectivo casabe que nunca debe faltar, quedando como siempre les presento en las diferentes fotografías.
