Bullying is a form of psychological violence that usually comes from a group and aims to exclude someone from something or to burden them over a long period of time with different methods or to put pressure on the victims. It's not a rare phenomenon and can be seen everywhere where many people meet and this can relate to schools, workplaces, clubs, festivities, online meeting points or other places where many people meet where there are opportunities to ally against an individual to bully the one. It often happens that especially minorities or people who deviate from the norm are bullied and it's typical that the victim alone cannot defend himself and is attacked by the attackers with a wide variety of methods as with passive or active violence and in today's time, the topic has changed greatly and has been strongly reinforced by the internet. In the online world there is talk of cyber bullying and various forms of digital media are used to harass people and a good example is social media where mostly single or defenseless victims are picked out and attacked by a group with methods such as oppression, fear, intimidation, insults or worse things and through the online world, bullying has reached completely new heights and has taken on frightening proportions and methods such as flaming, harassment, fraud, defamation and many more are used which makes it particularly difficult to help the victims and has the result that many look away. Through the union, the bullies usually feel strong and gloss over their actions in the group, which leads to more and more abominable acts because some think they have to prove something to each other in the group and the goal of the bullies is to consciously harm the victim.

Bullying is no longer a phenomenon of schoolchildren and in some cases some people really find their fun in bullying others who are in positions where this could not be expected and often it can also be seen that bullying comes from a person which leads others to participate in these actions, often for arbitrary reasons. Another term for bullying is also called gaslighting where it is about abusing victims through various methods of manipulation and also this form of psychological violence is not easy to prove and the goal of such methods is to unsettle the victims in order to push them completely to the ground. Victims of gaslighting tend to convince themselves of feelings of guilt and it's about changing perception in such a way that people are sometimes even deprived of their own identity and these are completely belittled until they accept the victim role and this is even reinforced by permanent uncertainty. Over a longer period of time, victims of bullying can suffer serious psychological or physical damage, which can lead to people being destroyed throughout their lives and being forced to change or destroy their entire life. Among the bullies there are typical characteristics of mass psychology and this irrational thinking of the bully usually reinforces the actions even more which makes it even more unbearable for the victims and it becomes even more difficult to defend themselves. Among those affected, stress is often generated by the various methods of bullying, which means that the risk of developing mental illness is much greater and bullying must absolutely be considered as what it is, not a single phenomenon but one of the masses and those who participate in it are just part of the mass.

Those who are bullying others are psychologically unsound. And, their actions make the victim psychologically sick. Even, worse thing happens if the victim is mentally not strong.

This act of bullying should be punished severely!

You said that well and great that you also think about the topic :) I think it's only a matter of time until bullies fall on the face.
