The term harmony of the spheres originally comes from ancient Greece and can be traced back to the Greek philosopher Pythagoras and according to a legend, he once passed a forge and was inspired by the harmonious sounds of the hammer. Pythagoras decided to visit the forge and watched the blacksmith at work and paid attention to the sounds which were triggered by the hammer that touches the anvil and this should be an important basis for his research in the field of frequencies and he was of the opinion that the whole universe should consist of vibrations and numbers and with the help of certain pitches, it is possible to express the power of the universe and his teaching was an important milestone for later understanding of sounds. Also for the ancient alchemists, the work of Pythagoras was of great importance and there are some works of art in which this scene is represented of his visit in the forge together with these generated sounds which were also associated with divine music and also the whole earth is only a small point which is surrounded by different frequencies. The harmony of spheres can also be referred to as the sound of the world and was also important for understanding the rhythm of the different planets and this principle of vibrations can also be symbolically associated with movement. The person as the recipient is able to perceive certain sounds with the ears and thus it is also possible to recognise things that are not visible to the eye, but not every person is able to recognise the harmony of spheres which were also associated by the old alchemists with some scenes from the Greek mythology such as the god Apollo and the Nine Muses.
