She's headed somewhere
She's never been
Ever before
Not in this skin
Somewhere ephemeral
The place the voices
Come from
Wherever the sirens
Have commanded her
To seek
After all
To follow
Is not
The same as being weak
And after all
To stay
Is not
The same as being strong
She will return
In a moment
But for now
She's gone

Two posts in a week? I must be on a roll 🤣! Sure, I meant to post every day from the time I made the last post but I knew even as that thought entered my head that I was setting an unrealistic expectation so I’m not even mad 😊. We’ll see what tomorrow brings when it comes.
