The words shriveled
Mid-thought
Trapped for ages
As vague formless feelings
Reaching for meaning
Stifled
Muffled
Barely breathing
Imaginary hands outstretched
But left empty
Wanting
Yearning
To exist
On a page
On a screen
In a story
In a song
In some way
Anything but
Rattling around
Unacknowledged
Locked in a skull

Well that one wasn't very cheerful but at least I got it out of my system 😅. Anyone who's read my blog for more than a year has probably guessed that I'm a bit cyclical. Looks like I'm back again. I can't be sure for how long but it feels good to write again 🥳.
