Aside from getting the chance to express your gratitude, you could win one of the prizes.

But why gratitude?

Because gratitude is great for you. Being grateful can yield all sorts of benefits including:

And that's just from a scientific perspective. If you look at it in terms of the energy you put into the world and what you'd like to have returned to you, gratitude can encourage more good things to come your way. What am I grateful for this week?

I'm almost finished with the Duolingo Music course! It's not really very useful for learning music theory yet BUT I've never been this good at sight reading sheet music in my life! Trained musicians might not understand what a leap this is for me but trust me when I say, I just didn't get it and now I almost do 😃.
