ENGLISH VERSION
What will happen to our pets when we are gone?
This is Rubito, a noble cat whose owner passed away 3 years ago. The lady loved him with all her being, he was very spoiled, she had him well fed and you could see that in his fur, unfortunately the lady passed away.
Rubito was depressed for a long time, well, he still is, the lady's daughter-in-law took care of feeding him but Rubito was waiting for his human mom. He is resigned to not seeing her anymore, he wanders around all day with a sad or grumpy face, sometimes he lets himself be loved, other times, he attacks anyone who wants to get close to him. The neighbors do not hurt him or scold him, because they know he is suffering, he is always on the porch of the house, hoping to be able to enter as he used to do before and take over everything.
The children of the deceased decided that a grandson would live there to take care of the house and we all thought that they would also take care of Rubito, it has been almost 2 years and Rubito is still wandering around, they don't let him in the house and he lies in front of it I guess waiting for the baby of the house to call him to make him love while they don't see her.
Then I can't help but wonder what would happen to our beloved furry ones, or fish, birds, turtles, etc, that pet that for us is not just a pet is part of our family if we pass away, is there someone to really give them shelter and love or will they just forget about their existence. I can't help but shed a tear at the thought, as they are part of our family and in some cases, our only family.
Sorry for not writing something nice or funny, but, unfortunately this is today's story 😔.

I can relate to this wandering cat. There are lots of cats in the boarding house and we're feeding them if we have leftovers. Pets are somehow like humans. It's sad that people sometimes treat them unwell. I hope that Rubito can find his new pet owner soon. ☺️
Una triste historia de un noble gato. El abandono a veces toca a quienes menos imaginamos. Lindo post. ❤️
