They said it would never grow back and nature taught us a lesson!
π The kaki tree continues to blossom π

About a year ago they made the decision to cut down almost completely a kaki tree because it bothered some of my family and nobody wanted to take care of it or prune it, also because it was infested with ants and well, I could not reach it, it was too high, so to avoid further conflicts they made the drastic decision to cut it down, but they did not remove it completely, a small trunk with two openings remained and those who pruned it told us that it would never bloom again, what do you think happened?

Although we were told that it would not grow back, when spring came we could see some small shoots coming out of the trunk that had been left, we thought they were small leaves because the tree was definitely still alive and they had to come out from somewhere, but we were taken by surprise when the shoots began to put out branches and large leaves, turning that small trunk into a mini kaki tree.
Here Buhito took the opportunity to pose like a king with him!

I told my mom that maybe we would have a small bush and I think that when they told us that it would not grow back, they meant the trunk and not the leaves. Here we can see how small they were, they were very tender to me, nature doesn't give up and the kaki tree wanted to give us a lesson that it wouldn't give up so easily and wanted to keep on blooming. Honestly it was my favorite tree and it hurt me when they cut it down, but here among us, I was happy when it began to bloom again and to see that the plans had failed, say nothing.

There are several reasons why it was my favorite tree, obviously because it was beautiful and decorative, plus it was fruity, the kakis is a fruit that looks like a tomato, but orange. I didn't like that fruit, it left my mouth mushy and didn't taste good to me, but it was a fruit tree after all and it was nice to see it with those orange tomatoes among so many green leaves.

The other reason is because it covered the window of a neighbor who is a bit gossipy and several times I discovered her spying on us through the window. The tree just covered that window and when they cut it down I felt they gave her a free stone to keep spying on us, don't worry, Buhito will protect me.

Now that's Buhito's outdoor nest, yes, he brazenly took over the tree and it's funny because before he didn't like it, he said it was too high and as he is afraid of flying and has vertigo, he never dared to climb up to the top, but now that he is smaller, he climbs without any problem and he told me that it was not as ugly as he thought, cowardly owl!

Here a better view of the size and amount of buds that started to emerge, super small and with very few leaves, but you will see in the following photos how it became quite bushy and with more leaves than thought. By the way, can someone remove Buhito? He poses in all the pictures I took and won't let me take a picture of the tree alone.

Well, here it is getting even more covered with leaves and the tree did not plan to stay like this, days later it would continue to bloom and the branches were going higher and higher. Of course, they didn't let it grow much, they removed some branches so it wouldn't get out of control, but it bloomed several more times, it was blooming all summer long and even though it is now bare, I wouldn't be surprised if it keeps putting out leaves.

And these are the final photos, it looks quite beautiful at that size and height, it looks much nicer than when it was taller and if at some point it gives fruits again, they will be easier to collect and it is also easier to prune this way, no need to climb on a ladder or force, with a simple pruning shears this tree can be maintained and continue doing what nature commands.
Buhito is happy with his new nest, but don't touch it, he says it's his, although he never took care of it, what can we do!

How beautiful Buhito's new nest!!!! I love it when nature breaks through and no matter what people say she is wise, she has sprouted in a beautiful and strong way!!!! What a beautiful tree!π
Now it is Buhito's property and what a shame if someone dares to touch it hahaha well, Buhito will be its guardian from now on π
Thank you very much! π
Don't let them cut it again!
Nature is unique. When she says or decrees to follow her course no one opposes her. Surely this tree will now be stronger and more beautiful, it will show its goodness and tell what it is made of. Thank you for sharing this beautiful story that brought back to life a tree that was thought to be lost.
Now it is Buhito's little house, he has already taken it over and no one will be able to take it away from there haha the important thing is that it is still alive and will continue to flourish, thank you very much πβ€οΈ
You're such a cute little owl, buhito, posing so adorably in every photo! And your nest is doing so well, it'll bloom soon!
The idea was to show the tree, but Buhito wanted to get all the attention hahaha Thanks! π

Nature is always doing her thing, showing the rebirth from the ashes! It's a nice tree, a pity it was cut down, but they won't be able to get it hahaha.
He has already made it clear that he does not intend to leave and will continue to bloom haha π anyway this way it stays better, it was very high and touched the wires, so now we have a mini tree haha π
Thank you very much my friend! π
THE BUHITO gives bearing to the tree the one who said that the tree did not bloom again more liar ajjaja they so that you do not bloom again should pour burnt oil just cut it that if you dry them at once but not just cut it, besides it is beautiful and protects you from the gossipy neighbor no joda was easier to pour in the root a chemical that does not let the ants climb and enjoy its shade
They lied to our face and until now we still make fun of it hahaha it didn't give much shade because it's badly located in relation to the sunlight hahaha but yes, it's beautiful and we didn't want it to dry out, just to keep it low because nobody could prune it or didn't want to π
