Introduction Post: Here I Am!

Hello everybody, my online moniker is eirth and I'm new to Hive! I was encouraged to make an introduction post by @lovesniper @chillwithshanna

The most important thing to know about myself is that I am a father to a wonderful 1 year old boy. Everything I do is for him and his future. With all my proceeds from Hive as well as all my crypto adventures I would like to buy us a house to live in. It sounds like a crazy, wild, dream but it's my crazy dream.

I am 27 years old and I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I'm proud to say I was born and raised Canadian. The country is vast, with beautiful landscapes, and the most diverse communities.

I stumbled upon hive due to a game I play called Splinterlands. Though I was very confused at first and still find myself to be confused at times, I have fallen in love with this engine/blockchain. It has several very fun games; Splinterlands, and Rising Star to name a few. I'm also very intrigued with the whole blogging aspect to it and want to take a deeper dive and let my creative side out a bit more!

If I'm not on Hive, I'm most likely working or hanging out with my little guy. Investing is my passion in life and I thoroughly enjoy almost every aspect to it. (except taking a loss haha). I mostly invest in crypto, stocks, as well as blockchain games now! I love the simple and little things in life and they bring me the most joy. Sitting and enjoying time with my family and friends is when I'm at my most peaceful and happy. I've been playing video games for as long as I can remember, going as far back as super mario world on the SNES when I was probably still in diapers! When it comes to video games I am always very competitive and like to treat it as a new skill, always trying to get better. I also take a lot of joy in producing EDM music, even though time hardly allows for it anymore. Attending a rave/concert was always on my weekend agenda in my younger 20's and late teens.

I don't have too many concrete plans with my posts on Hive. I would like to write a lot of splinterlands content, mostly educational. Once I have developed a library of posts that I'm comfortable with, I'm planning to share them with all the people I know who like to invest that I know in my day to day life. Splinterlands is an ROI machine and I want to open up everybody's eyes to it so we can all change our lives together. I also plan to post on Rising Star once I become more knowledgable/comfortable with the game. For now I will just continue happily playing it haha.
