Hola mi gente amantes del arte culinario, deseo una semana llena de grandes y ricas bendiciones, para todos y todas.

Hoy estoy complacida en compartir una vez más con todos ustedes, otro de mis recetas, está vez traigo la elaboración de una sabrosa, fácil, y nutritiva torta, a todos nos encanta los postres y a veces nos sentimos frustrados por no poder disfrutar a plenitud un sabroso postres, por motivos de cuidar la salud, sin embargo hoy la receta está basada en un cereal que en lo particular a mi, me encanta, y es la avena, siempre que puedo compro este cereal y lo consumo casi a diario, de muchas maneras.

Aunque hoy quise combinarlo con unos cambures manzanos, que he cultivado y cosechado en casa.

Today I am pleased to share once again with all of you, another of my recipes, this time I bring the preparation of a tasty, easy, and nutritious cake, we all love desserts and sometimes we feel frustrated for not being able to fully enjoy a tasty dessert, for health reasons, however today the recipe is based on a cereal that in particular I love, and is oatmeal, whenever I can I buy this cereal and consume it almost daily, in many ways.

However, today I wanted to combine it with some apple camburs, which I have grown and harvested at home.

Torta de cambur y avena | Oatmeal cambur cake

Ingredientes:
  • 5 cambures manzanos o el que tengas a tu alcance
  • 1 pizca de canela molida
  • 3 huevos
  • 5 cucharadas de leche en polvo
  • 3 cucharadas de azúcar
  • 5 cucharadas de avena en hojuelas
  • 1/2 vaso de agua
  • 4 cucharadas de azúcar para el caramelo
Ingredients:
  • 5 apple camburs or the one you have at your reach
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons of powdered milk
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 5 tablespoons of oat flakes
  • 1/2 glass of water
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar for the caramel

Acompáñame al paso a paso.

Lavamos, pelamos y cortamos en rodajas los cambures, luego los incorporamos en el vaso de la licuadora junto con:
Los tres huevos, la azúcar, la canela, la leche, y el medio vaso de agua, batimos por cinco minutos y reservamos mientras realizamos el caramelo en una bandeja quesillera.

Follow me step by step.

Wash, peel and cut into slices the camburs, then incorporate them into the blender glass along with the three eggs, sugar, cinnamon, milk, and half a glass of water:
The three eggs, sugar, cinnamon, milk, and half a glass of water, beat for five minutes and set aside while we make the caramel in a cheese tray.

Caramelo:

Colocamos a fuego lento las cuatro cucharadas de azúcar dentro de la quesillera, y cuando se haya derretido Y este con un color oscuro la esparcimos con mucho cuidado para evitar quemarnos, por todos la quesillera dejamos enfriar un poco y añadimos la mezcla del vaso de la licuadora.

Caramel:

Place the four tablespoons of sugar inside the cheesecake maker over low heat, and when it has melted and has a dark color, spread it very carefully to avoid burning it all over the cheesecake maker, let it cool a little and add the mixture from the blender cup.

En una olla grande colocamos agua de manera que no tape por completo la quesillera, y la llevamos a fuego alto colocando la quesillera con la mezcla dentro, y cocina a baño de María por una hora.
