Consintiendo a mis hijos con unas ricas y saludables hamburguesas de pollo caseras [ESP/ENG]

Saludos mis queridos amigos de Motherhood me siento feliz de estar nuevamente por acá en esta hermosa comunidad compartiendo mis anécdotas y experiencia como madre.

Greetings my dear friends of Motherhood I am happy to be here again in this beautiful community sharing my anecdotes and experience as a mother.

Como mamá me gusta complacer a mis niños en su alimentación me gusta siempre cocinar comidas variadas que les gusten pero a su vez que sean nutritivas y balanceadas para ellos ya que por su etapa de crecimiento necesitan comer todos los nutrientes, proteínas, minerales y carbohidratos para su desarrollo, por supuesto que las porciones necesarias, ya que nada en exceso es bueno ni mucho menos sano.

As a mom I like to please my children in their diet, I always like to cook varied meals that they like but at the same time that are nutritious and balanced for them since they need to eat all the nutrients, proteins, minerals and carbohydrates for their development, of course the necessary portions, since nothing in excess is good and much less healthy_.

La comida chatarra sin duda es muy provocativa y pienso que en ocasiones las podemos consumir, sin embargo en lo personal soy de las madres que piensa que si las podemos hacer en casa es mucho mejor apesar de que es mucho más trabajo es más saludable por los ingredientes que usamos y también por la higiene y prevención al momento de lavar y preparar la comida, a mis hijos les encantan las hamburguesas son una de su comida favorita por lo que me gusta hacerlas caseras.

Junk food is certainly very provocative and I think that sometimes we can consume them, however personally I am one of the mothers who think that if we can make them at home it is much better, although it is much more work it is healthier for the ingredients we use and also for hygiene and prevention when washing and preparing the food, my children love hamburgers are one of their favorite foods so I like to make them homemade_.

Desde hace días mis niños me habían pedido que los llevará a comer hamburguesas por lo que el día de hoy me pareció excelente sorprenderlos con unas hamburguesas caseras hechas con todo mi amor para ellos, así que desde bien temprano salí a comprar los ingredientes que me faltaban ya que pensaba hacerlas de pollo porque ya lo tenía en casa, solo me faltaba los vegetales, papas y panes para completar esta comida.

Since a few days ago my children had asked me to take them to eat hamburgers, so today I thought it was excellent to surprise them with some homemade hamburgers made with all my love for them, so I went out very early to buy the ingredients I was missing since I was planning to make them with chicken because I already had it at home, I only needed the vegetables, potatoes and bread to complete this meal_.

Inicie la preparación pelando y lavando las papas para luego colocarlas a freir, ya que debo confesar que las prefiero así y no las que venden en bolsas, luego lave muy bien y pique los vegetales, por último lave y pique el pollo para condimentarlo quedó muy rico, como siempre en mi nevera mantengo salsa de tomate, mayonesa y mostaza quedó excelente, arme mis hamburguesas, serví y mis hijos estaban felices de comerlas esa es la mayor satisfacción para mí.

I started the preparation by peeling and washing the potatoes and then frying them, since I must confess that I prefer them that way and not the ones sold in bags, then I washed and chopped the vegetables very well, finally I washed and chopped the chicken to season it, it was very tasty, as always in my fridge I keep tomato sauce, mayonnaise and mustard, it was excellent, I assembled my hamburgers, I served them and my children were happy to eat them, that is the greatest satisfaction for me.

Las hamburguesas quedaron muy buenas y me sentí mucho más tranquila de hacerlas yo misma en casa ya que se lo que mis hijos están comiendo y la verdad es que también se gasta menos ya que en Venezuela donde recido la situación es bastante difícil y comer en la calle muchas veces sale más caro que hacerlas en casa, aparte que preparándolas yo misma puedo hacerlas a mi gusto, con ingredientes de calidad, la cantidad que yo quiera, fíjense que no gaste ni 5$ y mis niños se comieron 2 hamburguesas cada uno, con pollo, vegetales, papas y salsas, quedaron súper satisfechos y felices, aunque es más trabajo es mucho mejor y más saludable.

The hamburgers were very good and I felt much calmer to make them myself at home since I know what my children are eating and the truth is that I also spend less since in Venezuela where I live the situation is quite difficult and eating on the street is often more expensive than making them at home, besides preparing them myself I can make them to my taste, with quality ingredients, the quantity I want, notice that I did not spend even 5$ and my children ate 2 hamburgers each, with chicken, vegetables, potatoes and sauces, they were super satisfied and happy, although it is more work it is much better and healthier_.
