Saludos mis queridos amigos de @motherhood me siento muy feliz de estar nuevamente por acá en este hermosa comunidad compartiendo mis experiencias y anécdotas como mamá de Santiago, Aarón y esperando la llegada de Maximiliano.

Como anteriormente les habia contado en mis publicaciones anteriores mi hijo Aarón de cinco años a mostrado un interés muy grande por colorear es algo que le gusta mucho hacer en sus tiempos libres y yo obviamente lo apoyo ya que todo lo que sea por su bien y lo haga feliz es una satisfacción para mi.

As I had previously told you in my previous publications my five year old son Aaron has shown a great interest in coloring is something he likes to do in his free time and I obviously support him since everything that is for his good and makes him happy is a satisfaction for me.

Estos días de vacaciones no ha parado de realizar actividades mi hijo por su cuenta me pidió que le colocará tareas tanto de su libro pasito a pasito como dibujos que colorear es muy creativo y la verdad es que sus dibujos quedan muy lindos por lo que cada tarde nos sentamos a trabajar juntos una hora o hora y media todo depende de su ánimo ya que no me gusta forzarlo porque aún está pequeño.

These days of vacation my son has not stopped doing activities on his own and he asked me to set him tasks from his book pasito a pasito as well as drawings to color. He is very creative and the truth is that his drawings are very nice so every afternoon we sit down to work together for an hour or an hour and a half depending on his mood because I don't like to force him because he is still small.

En está oportunidad quise hacer un dibujo alusivo a una fecha muy importante para la ciudad donde vivo Barquisimeto, ya que se hacerca una fecha muy importante para los larenses el día de la Divina Pastora la patrona de los Barquisimetanos, tanto mi familia como mis hijos somos muy devotos a ella y cada 14 de Enero asistimos a la procesión que comienza desde Santa Rosa hasta la Catedral de Barquisimeto y durante varias semanas recorre varias parroquias pero debido al COVID-19 fue suspendida por varios años y este año gracias a Dios se reanuda lo que nos tiene muy felices y emocionado a todos.

In this opportunity I wanted to make a drawing alluding to a very important date for the city where I live Barquisimeto, since a very important date for the people of Lara is approaching, the day of the Divina Pastora, the patron saint of Barquisimetanos, Both my family and my children are very devoted to her and every January 14 we attend the procession that starts from Santa Rosa to the Cathedral of Barquisimeto and for several weeks it goes through several parishes but due to the COVID-19 it was suspended for several years and this year thanks to God it resumes what has us very happy and excited to all of us.

Realice el dibujo para que mi hijo lo coloreara, el sabe que cada año la Divina Pastora viste un traje diferente por lo que me preguntó que color podía usar así que yo le dije que el que a él más le gustará y decidió colorear un vestido con colores muy actuales y coloridos como los que se usan ahora, cada día mi hijo va perfeccionando más su manera de colorear ya que no se sale tanto como antes de la línea, la práctica hace grandes cosas y poco a poco irá haciéndolo mejor.

I made the drawing for my son to color it, he knows that every year the Divina Pastora wears a different dress so he asked me what color he could use so I told him the one he would like the most and he decided to color a dress with very modern and colorful colors like the ones used now, every day my son is perfecting his way of coloring because he does not get out of the line as much as before, practice makes great things and little by little he will do better.

Lo importante es motivar a nuestros hijos brindarles, darles ánimos y el apoyo en las actividades que les gusten por supuesto no saturarlos todo depende de la edad que tenga es bueno llevarlos a su ritmo, como en mi caso lo hago con Aarón ya que aún está pequeño si desea trabajar una hora está perfecto lo importante es que lo haga, ya que si los presionamos pueden llegar a perder el amor por hacer tareas o por expresar el arte que más les guste o simplemente se aburren y no es la idea, es mi consejo como mamá.

The important thing is to motivate our children, give them encouragement and support in the activities they like, of course not to saturate them, it all depends on their age, it is good to take them at their own pace, as in my case I do with Aaron since he is still small, if he wants to work for an hour it is perfect, the important thing is that he does it, because if we pressure them they can lose the love for doing homework or for expressing the art they like the most or they simply get bored and it is not the idea, this is my advice as a mom.
