💥Happy 3rd anniversary at Hive💥 - a road full of learnings! [ESP/ENG]

Hola queridos amigos de Hive ❤️ me alegra mucho realizar este post porque para mi significa un nuevo ciclo que cierro y a la vez uno que comienzo al celebrar el pasado 6 de junio mi 3er aniversario dentro de la plataforma, pensando en todo lo que he logrado los años anteriores, este año pasado y todos los que vendrán.

Como ya lo he explicado un poco en determinadas ocasiones con las iniciativas relacionadas a este tema, Hive llego a mi vida y a la de mi familia en el momento justo y cuando mas lo necesitábamos, no solo en el aspecto económico sino además como terapia mental al ocuparnos mediante la redacción de cualquier contenido y recibir recompensas por ello, ya que nos encontrábamos en una etapa muy difícil luchando contra el covid-19 en el año 2020 y la situación política de mi país. No puedo negar que desde ese momento, me siento muy agradecida por las personas que se acercaron ayudarme y asesorarme con respecto a este mundo que yo no tenia mucho la idea y contaban con la experiencia de estar en otras plataformas, mi tía @daysiselena y mi prima @nathyortiz, ambas para mi fueron de mucha inspiración y motivación para dar lo mejor de mi cada día con una nueva publicación, al ser su referencia y recomendación, me propuse mejorar y desafiarme en retos e iniciativas que no creía lograr, y ya hoy después de 3 largos años que parecen cortos, me siento agradecida y feliz por todo lo que aprendí, lo que adquirí y logre, mas responsable, mejore y conocí nuevas habilidades, también interactúe y descubrí buenas personas que también hacen vida aquí y siempre están dispuestas a ayudar y compartir sus conocimientos con los recién llegados y los que buscan la oportunidad de saber algo nuevo.

¿Cuál es el contenido que más disfruto hacer?

Cuando compartí mi primera publicación "Mis inicios//Mi presentación en Hive", recuerdo que en mi mente estaba hacer manualidades o dibujos porque era lo que en ese momento me destacaba hacer, pero ya una vez adentro de la plataforma, y haber conocido poco a poco los diferentes tipos de comunidades o nichos para compartir contenido, me intereso aprender y probar hacer cosas nuevas, algunas relacionadas al arte y otras que me sacaba de la zona de confort.

Comunidad Favorita?

Al principio para todas mis publicaciones usaba GEMS, ya luego empecé a emigrar a otras comunidades como skechbook para los dibujos, foodiesbeehive para la comida, hivediy para las manualidades, y mackeupower en el maquillaje.

Siendo esta última donde mas me intereso aprender porque estaba relacionado con el arte, pintar y dibujar que eran mis pasiones principales y por las que me di a conocer en la plataforma, y si bien sabia lo básico, era un reto para mi hacer lindos trabajos artísticos que miraba de mis compañeras hivers e internet. Una vez adquirí lo básico no dude en intentar e hice la primera iniciativa y "Mi primer maquillaje" inspirado en una canción, un proceso que me disfrute y aprendí de mis errores, y además me sirvió de practica para mejorar esa habilidad, a medida que avance me gusto mucho hacer vida en esa comunidad y podría decir que se convirtió en mi favorita ya que sin tener mucho conocimiento, me animo a comprar los productos y las herramientas necesarias para trabajar lo mejor posible y tener el mejor acabado en cada diseño que me gustara, cada vez con un toque mas de complejidad, aunque mi debilidad siempre serán los trabajos artísticos. También aprendí los cuidados necesarios que se deben tener en la piel, una buena rutina facial, la calidad de los productos y la higiene de las herramientas a la hora de usarlas y aplicarlas correctamente.

Después de 3 años puedo decir que me siento muy contenta y orgullosa de lo que he logrado, sin duda es un gran cambio, no solo en comparación con los primeros maquillajes sino a mi redacción en general, me siento mas segura al escribir y tengo mas creatividad al diseñar portadas, separadores y cualquier detalle que le agregue mi toque personal a mis publicaciones, pienso también que todo ello se lo de debo a la constancia y la practica de estar aquí cada día, y el compromiso de mejorar para brindar la mejor calidad posible en mis publicaciones y así atraer lectores que deseen visitarme y apoyarme.

¿Qué es la cosa que has aprendido gracias a Hive?

Como mencione antes, una de las cosas que mas note que aprendí o por lo menos mejore en la plataforma, fue mi redacción y la edición, ya que de eso depende mi blog, cada publicación conlleva un trabajo previo de organización y preparación, buscar las ideas y luego ponerlas en practica. Cada que me preguntan esto siempre me acuerdo las iniciativas que hice en su momento sobre hive, en donde debíamos compartir las razones por las que nos sentíamos agradecidos, "iniciativa: 7 razones para agradecer a Hive", y para mi entre las que he mencionado, y creo fue una de las mas importantes fue a aprender a manejar mis emociones, el estrés y la ansiedad, todo mediante la escritura, crear contenido y mantener mi mente ocupada en algo productivo que me aporte algo positivo y que además con ello obtenga recompensas con una moneda que puedo canjear con facilidad en mi país para mi y mi familia y beneficios que me enriquezcan a nivel mental y en general.

¿Qué tanto tiempo del día dedico a crear contenido?

Cuando decidí unirme a la plataforma, me propuse tomármelo enserio, y como en ese momento, debido a la pandemia no estaba permitido salir de casa, para aprovechar el confinamiento estaba enfocada en crear contenido prácticamente de 5 a 6 horas publicando 5 días a la semana, mas o menos el horario que tendría en un trabajo formal, y aunque al principio no fue fácil que mi cuenta fuera curada, las mismas personas que me orientaron en mis inicios, las que me mencione anteriormente, me dieron uno de los mejores consejos que hasta el día de hoy sigo y es a no desistir, no dejar de insistir y persistir hasta conseguirlo, y gracias a Dios y a todo mi esfuerzo así fue.

¿Proyectos futuros?

No se si les pasa que saben el mes cuando cumplen año o hive aniversario como yo le llamo, pero no están seguras del día, sobre todo si ya llevas varios años como yo, y fue hasta el día de ayer que recibí esta notificación de HIVEBUZZ que me avisaba y felicitaba por mi cumpleaños numero 3 en la plataforma, en donde había ganado una nueva y bonita insignia para mi colección.

Hablando un poco mas de lo que fue "Mi logro mas importante gracias a Hive", me hace sentir muy feliz y de alguna manera satisfecha porque varios años de esfuerzo valieron la pena ya que, con parte del ahorro de mis ganancias y la subida del valor de la moneda, pude cumplir varias metas que tenia pendientes, como por ejemplo la remodelación de mi cuarto, un lugar que no estaba en condiciones optimas para yo habitar por la humedad en las paredes, y falta de equipos como un aire acondicionado y un televisor, la parte mas fuerte fue la re construcción y el trabajo que tuvieron que hacer para reparar las paredes, luego vino el aire y mas tarde un televisor que creo que sin la ayuda de Hive no hubiera logrado completar el proyecto del todo y menos en un plazo tan corto.

Creo que al igual cuando termina un año y nos proponemos metas nuevas o mejorar en lo que ya tenemos, así me pasa al cumplir un año en la plataforma, creo que tengo muchas cosas por mejorar, nuevas metas aunque sea pequeñas con tal de que sumen y le agreguen valor a mi cuenta de Hive blog, al final pienso que esto me representa y dice mucho de quien soy, me siento muy feliz de lo que he hecho y todo lo que tengo en mente conseguir, tengo mucho para dar y sobre todo aprender de todo y todos los que hacemos vida en esta bonita colmena, en donde trabajamos como abejas para hacer la miel (contenido) mas sabrosa y especial de todas (calidad), trabajando con amor al arte todo lo que nos propongamos sea fácil o difícil, si tenemos las ganas y la motivación, se puede lograr.

As I have already explained a little on certain occasions with the initiatives related to this topic, Hive came into my life and my family's life at the right time and when we needed it most, not only in the economic aspect but also as mental therapy to occupy us by writing any content and receive rewards for it, since we were in a very difficult stage fighting against covid-19 in 2020 and the political situation of my country. I can not deny that from that moment, I feel very grateful for the people who came to help me and advise me regarding this world that I did not have much idea and had the experience of being on other platforms, my aunt @daysiselena and my cousin @nathyortiz, both for me were of great inspiration and motivation to give the best of me every day with a new publication, to be your reference and recommendation, I set out to improve and challenge myself in challenges and initiatives that I did not think I could achieve, and today after 3 long years that seem short, I feel grateful and happy for everything I learned, what I acquired and achieved, more responsible, improved and learned new skills, also interact and discovered good people who also make life here and are always willing to help and share their knowledge with newcomers and those seeking the opportunity to learn something new.

What is the content that I most enjoy making?

When I shared my first post "My beginnings//My presentation on Hive", I remember that in my mind was to make crafts or drawings because that was what I was doing at that time, but once inside the platform, and having known little by little the different types of communities or niches to share content, I was interested in learning and trying new things, some related to art and others that took me out of the comfort zone.

Favorite Community?

At the beginning I used GEMS for all my publications, then I started to migrate to other communities like skechbook for drawings, foodiesbeehive for food, hivediy for crafts, and mackeupower for makeup.

Being the latter where I was more interested in learning because it was related to art, painting and drawing which were my main passions and for which I became known on the platform, and although I knew the basics, it was a challenge for me to make beautiful artwork that I saw from my fellow hivers and internet. Once I acquired the basics I didn't hesitate to try and did the first initiative and "My First Makeup" inspired by a song, a process that I enjoyed and learned from my mistakes, and also served as practice to improve that skill, as I progressed I really enjoyed living in that community and I could say that it became my favorite because without having much knowledge, I was encouraged to buy the products and tools needed to work as best as possible and have the best finish in each design that I liked, each time with a touch more complexity, although my weakness will always be the artistic works. I also learned the necessary skin care, a good facial routine, the quality of the products and the hygiene of the tools when using them and applying them correctly.

After 3 years I can say that I feel very happy and proud of what I have achieved, it is certainly a big change, not only compared to the first makeup but to my writing in general, I feel more confident when writing and I have more creativity when designing covers, separators and any detail that adds my personal touch to my publications, I also think that I owe it all to the perseverance and practice of being here every day, and the commitment to improve to provide the best possible quality in my publications and thus attract readers who want to visit me and support me.

What is the one thing that you have learned thanks to Hive?

As I mentioned before, one of the things I noticed that I learned or at least improved in the platform, was my writing and editing, since that is what my blog depends on, each publication involves a previous work of organization and preparation, looking for ideas and then putting them into practice. Every time I am asked this question I always remember the initiatives I did at the time about hive, where we had to share the reasons why we felt grateful, "initiative: 7 reasons to thank Hive", and for me among the ones I mentioned, and I think it was one of the most important was to learn to manage my emotions, stress and anxiety, all through writing, creating content and keeping my mind busy in something productive that brings me something positive and also with it I get rewards with a currency that I can easily redeem in my country for me and my family and benefits that enrich me mentally and in general.

How much of my day do I spend creating content?

When I decided to join the platform, I decided to take it seriously, and since at that time, due to the pandemic I was not allowed to leave home, to take advantage of the confinement I was focused on creating content practically 5 to 6 hours publishing 5 days a week, more or less the schedule I would have in a formal job, and although at the beginning it was not easy to get my account cured, the same people who guided me in my beginnings, the ones I mentioned before, gave me one of the best advices that I still follow today and that is to not give up, not to stop insisting and persist until I get it, and thanks to God and all my effort I did.

Future projects?

I don't know if you know the month when you have your birthday or hive anniversary as I call it, but you are not sure of the day, especially if you have been there for several years like me, and it was until yesterday that I received this notification from HIVEBUZZ notifying me and congratulating me for my birthday number 3 on the platform, where I had won a new and beautiful badge for my collection.

Talking a little more about what it was "My most important achievement thanks to Hive", it makes me feel very happy and somehow satisfied because several years of effort were worth it since, with part of the savings from my earnings and the rise in the value of the currency, I could accomplish several goals I had pending, such as the remodeling of my room, The hardest part was the re construction and the work that had to be done to repair the walls, then came the air conditioner and later a TV that I believe that without the help of Hive I would not have been able to complete the project at all and even less in such a short period of time.

I think that just like when a year ends and we propose new goals or improve on what we already have, so it happens to me to complete a year on the platform, I think I have many things to improve, new goals even if they are small as long as they add value to my Hive blog account, in the end I think this represents me and says a lot about who I am, I feel very happy with what I have done and everything I have in mind to achieve, I have a lot to give and above all learn from everything and everyone who make life in this beautiful hive, where we work like bees to make honey (content) more tasty and special of all (quality), working with love of art everything we propose is easy and difficult, if we have the desire and motivation, can be achieved.
