Mi propósito siempre fue: Ser Ingeniera de Sistemas, creo que desde que tenía unos 12 años de edad. Para lograrlo, tuve que pelear conmigo misma, porque en ese camino nunca entendía el porqué de las materias que estaba cursando, lastimosamente los profesores se limitaban a un contenido, pero nunca se hacían ejercicios de visualización que te permitieran amar ese conocimiento que estabas adquiriendo. Creo que fue después de mi graduación, que comencé a amar, algunas de esas materias que me hicieron sufrir porque no las entendía.

Promulgo siempre la importancia de la socialización del conocimiento, por eso me gusta compartir el conocimiento con tantas personas a través de los distintos espacios donde logro estar, sea de manera presencial o virtual. Hace dos años, mi tesis doctoral estuvo basada en el Liderazgo NeoEmergente, aquel que promueve el humanismo, el dejar huellas, en convertir ese líder en una fuente de inspiración, en el que a través de las dimensiones del SER logre potenciar el empoderamiento de los demás, no quiero decir que es un súper hombre o mujer, al contrario, es una persona con defectos y virtudes, pero que se reconoce desde su esencia y puede ser capaz de promocionar la innovación, la creatividad y el impulso para que el equipo colaborador logre encontrar su mejor versión como profesionales y ser humanos.
Two years ago, my doctoral thesis was based on NeoEmergent Leadership, that which promotes humanism, leaving footprints, in converting that leader into a source of inspiration, in which through the dimensions of BEING manages to enhance the empowerment of others, I do not mean that it is a super man or woman, on the contrary, it is a person with flaws and virtues, but that is recognized from its essence and can be able to promote innovation, creativity and momentum for the collaborative team to find their best version as professionals and human beings.
