We all make mistakes and we all make mistakes, on this basis we can say that no one is perfect in this life, however something we can not do is to excuse ourselves from absolutely everything, there is a reason for personal growth and changes for the better. Dear friends of blockchain and community, I find myself for the second time in this space also joining another of the activities carried out on weekends by @galenkp who catches us with each of its alternatives on topics that open a world of possibilities to develop and insert our own style.
In this opportunity of options fans I decided to talk about bad habits, something that goes very hand in hand with my usual content which is to encourage others to stay active and improve their lifestyle, but what happens when the teacher presents some failure 🤔, I consider this is something normal, we all carry an imaginary backpack on our back which contains for each one a different load, all this speaking metaphorically to imply that everyone in this life has its difficulties and struggles with something, so today I share with you what are those bad habits that accompany me and that throughout my life I have wanted to eliminate or at least reduce.
For those who know me you will know that I am a very active person, I like to be on the move and physical activity is not something that bothers me, despite my slim build I enjoy being in a gym carrying heavy weight and finish my routines destroyed but happy to unload all the bad, it's my way of doing it, doing sport. However there are factors that do not allow my physical performance to reach its highest peak and this is somewhat due to my lifestyle, this can be considered an excuse and it really is, but I constantly struggle not to give myself completely to the conformism of the thought of "Tomorrow is another day" a phrase that shares similarity with "Monday I start the exercises".
So, being clear that there can be mistakes in physically active people, let's start by mentioning the first bad habit:
Failure to maintain a balanced diet
Many of the people who venture into the active life and fitness do it thinking that the only thing necessary to achieve a goal is to exercise until we drop and to some extent it is so, but what is often unknown is that part of the result requires 80% in maintaining a balanced and healthy diet, consuming nutrients and real foods that provide us with what we need to have a physical and health improvement.
We have all met someone that no matter how much I eat I don't gain weight (If you don't know them, I'll introduce myself 😁) or on the other hand an obese person who spends hours and hours in the gym and sees no improvement, do you know why this happens?
Now, if I already know the reason why I do not act, the answer is very easy, my current lifestyle and time available are very, very limited, between work and all the responsibilities in addition to my purchasing power often prevent me from being consistent with respect to this issue. With this I don't want to say that I don't want to do anything to solve the problem, to this day I am in a constant struggle to do my best.
Going out on weekends for parties
My second bad habit is the rewards on the weekends, in a few words going out to have fun with friends and friends to clear my mind after a week of hard work, but not to be confused with excesses, I am a very healthy and responsible person, but I must admit that I really enjoy spending quality time with friends.
I like to dance, have fun and live the moment to the fullest, this involves sleeping late at night, adding sleeplessness, something that further affects my quest to obtain a weight appropriate to my height in the company of the previous bad habit.
In my opinion I think these are the two habits that stand out the most and that I have struggled with throughout my life having difficulty with weight gain, which for those who think it's something incredible.... They have no idea 😅.
In this way I put an end to this fun and very useful activity, the two times in which I have decided to participate I have had a great time since I consider it as a challenge to have to dig into my mind for the development of the same and give a touch of creativity to seek to make the work striking.
