The problem with depression is:
- you know you’ll be ok but you feel like it will never end
-you know people love you but it doesn’t feel like they do
-you know doing something will make you feel better but you have no energy
-you want to be well, you just don’t know how to be

My new objective in terms of writing is to be able to write a thousand words on any subject related to depression without having to refer to any web pages for references; nevertheless, the information that I use must be true and believable, and it must be able to be linked to different websites.

I believe that if I collect the information necessary to acquire this capability, I will eventually have a great deal of understanding regarding this subject.

Good day, my name is Dr Ebingo Kigigha, and I'm working toward a career as a psychiatrist. I have a dream that one day I will be able to make a difference in the realm of depression, and by extension, mental health.

In this post, I will be responding to the tweet that was posted by @ChloeBellerbyMH on Twitter and received a lot of attention.

I will be also responding to trending comments in the post.

A person's thoughts, feelings, and ability to operate normally during the day can all be impacted by depression. The greater the frequency, intensity, and length of your symptoms, the higher the likelihood that you are suffering from depression. There are many different indications and symptoms of depression, some of which we may recognize in ourselves and others.
Note Suicide risk is significantly increased for those who suffer from depression.

When a depressed person expresses worries about a potential risk to their life, these concerns should be taken extremely seriously. It's possible that intervention and assistance could save their lives.

Today I will be giving some helpful information about how you can get out of a state of depression. Since these are tips in and of themself, We'll be leaving the tips section empty this time.

The most important aspect of dealing with this condition is to practice self-acceptance, openness and a willingness to put in the effort.

The mental health community is yet to understand exactly why but, exercise is such a big winner for people dealing with depression. If you can get yourself to walk around your house go to the gym or do leg pumps on your bed, you will feel yourself feeling better. Emotion is Energy in motion, if you do not move you can not capitalise on that.

You can also practice meditation and mindful thinking by catching your thoughts and observing them.

Depression can tinge recollections of symptoms. Tracking experiences through writing can help. Assess the parts instead of generalizing the whole. Do the opposite of what the 'depression voice' suggests. Set attainable goals, which can provide a sense of control and accomplishment.

Depression can push you to give in to your fatigue. You may find it helpful to create a routine Time in natural spaces may improve mood and cognition, and lower the risk of mental health disorders. It may feel more powerful than preferred emotions. Journaling can help you express what you're feeling more clearly.

You may be used to receiving help from friends, but reaching out and providing help may actually improve your mental health more. If you have the means, consider meeting with a doctor or registered psychotherapist for guidance.

People who live with addiction may experience symptoms of depression. Avoiding these substances will give you the best results and help with your fight.

Getting enough sleep can also help you feel more balanced and energized throughout your day. If you're having a down day, acknowledge and name your emotions and try to bring your attention to activities that are helpful instead of focusing on the emotions. Both can make depression symptoms worse.

If all this doesn't get you out of these feelings, consider clinical treatment.

There is no shame in seeking help from a trained professional. It does not make you weak if you need help. Depression is more common than many people think.

Hive stories

This particular story cuts deep. It was written by @article61 in the #familyprotection community, a community writers make posts about everything concerning family unity. This story broke my heart. Reading about the struggle this her family went through while trying to deal with a sexually abusive brother inlaw to her niece.

I've seen many stories like this but this one cut deep. It included a 2 year battle with the court and eventually losing the case and having custody taken from the mother.

In the end, I hope that the child will be safe...I pray that something is worked out to save her from her father.

Thanks for your prayers, a miracle would be a blessing for my sister and her daughter. We are a strong family and even though we have been tested we're still together.
