What my African kitchen gives me!
Hello Hiveians,
Its your favorite Eaglegirl all the way from Africa Kitchen. I am glad to do this again after some time being away for the reason beyond me! So painful but I am a bit above it my phone has being bad which I had to manage button phone, but hmm.. I am glad I am back here.
Food is essential to human being even to animals which is very important so I am taking this from the horn. I will be putting you through on how to prepare Okro Soup with as cheap as anything.
Firstly you rinse the okro with water you grate it
Wash your stockfish, dry fish, cow skin(ponmo) etc
Then boil this adding all spices
grate the pepper
Rinse the locust bean
Having all this done,
Lit the gas
Place the pot on fire add little water with small potash
Add the boiled stock fish
Add pepper
Add locust bean
Add red oil
Maggi and salt to be add to
Pour the okro leave it for 5mins
And the soup is ready.
This soup can be served with any swallow food, and I must tell you I spent less than #1000 to prepare this, and I will be eating it with amala (yam flour).
Hope you will like to have a taste of this anytime soon and guess what it can be eaten any time of day!
Now our food is ready
Oh myyu the sauve looks so tempting its crazy
Thank you @firayumni
