Who doesn't like to travel?

I don't think anyone dislikes travelling or exploring different places. Today I am going to highlight my recent travel experience to Cox's Bazar. I also like to travel. In my free time, I like to go to new places.

Cox's Bazar is the longest beach in the world. It is one of the most popular beaches in Bangladesh. I went to Cox's Bazar and Moheshkhali for two days last week with my three friends. In addition to the beauty of the sea, we participated in various activities for these two days. All in all, we enjoyed these two days a lot.

In this post, I will cover my journey from start to finish. I am also sharing some captured photos of my journey.

We started our journey at 12 am.

We planned to go 2 days before departure. I booked a total of four people's bus tickets for the day of departure as planned. Due to the holiday period, it was a bit difficult to get our tickets. But we managed tickets. We left for Cox's Bazar at midnight from Dampara Bus Stand Chittagong and it took 3 hours and 30 minutes to reach Cox's Bazar. That means we reached Cox's Bazar Labani Beach at 3:30 Am midnight.

Day-1

As all shops and services are closed at night, we walk through the streets until morning. But at 4.30 am we thought of going to the beach. As it was my first visit to Cox's Bazar, the beach was a little hard to recognize but the roar of the huge ocean waves could be heard far and wide. We can follow this roar of the sea to the beach.

Firstly, the waves of the sea and the natural beauty around were mesmerizing. We sat there for about 2-3 hours enjoying everything.

As it suddenly started raining, we left quickly. We were going to a friend's house.

After reaching my friend's home, we had breakfast at kolatoli restaurant and rested at home and left for the sea around noon. We bathed in the sea with friends and had lots of fun and finally took pictures in the late afternoon. We came home after seeing the sunset. In the evening everyone rested again and left the house to have dinner.

At night time the beach looks more beautiful. We stayed there for some time after dinner.

It was vacation time, so most of the shops were closed, so we took an auto-rickshaw to Kalatali. We had breakfast at a restaurant there and went home. I went to Kastrighat and stopped at the bridge to board the speedboat according to the destination.

Those of us who went didn't know how to swim, so when the speedboat was jumping to the rhythm of the waves, there was a lot of fear and joy and work inside. Because of a new experience again, I felt very small in the vastness of the sea.

We reached the ghat of Maheshkhali island as soon as we took the feeling of fear and joy. It took us about minutes to reach Maheshkhali from Kastrighat. Down from the ghat is a very long bridge that reaches the village. We saw a small boy sitting on the ghat arranging a paan and various aromatic spices. We went to him and we all played a paan. In fact, the spices of different colours were attracting us.

Then we started walking, crossed the bridge and entered the village. First, we found a Rakhine Buddhist monastery. We went inside and wandered around for a while. Then we got out and took an auto-rickshaw to Sree Sree Adhinath Temple, a very holy and popular temple of Hindus.

It is located on the hill. We wandered around the temple for a while until one of us, a Hindu, entered the temple and bowed.

Above the Adinath temple, there is an ancient Buddhist monastery. We then went there. And at the foot of the Adinath temple, there is another Rakhine Buddhist monastery.
We were enjoying the natural beauty of Maheshkhali, no one could tell when time passed.

At about half past one we realized that it was time for lunch and we should return to Cox's Bazar. So we left from there and reached Maheshkhali Ghat to board the speedboat. But when I came, I saw that it was almost low tide, so many speed boat crews did not want to go.

But compared to that there are a lot of passengers. As the locals know many sailors, were going by hiring a speed boat and we waited for a long time but could not convince anyone. But after waiting for about 1:30 hours, we paid a few more rupees to a sailor. And agreed to take us on request to take fewer passengers.

We reached Kastri Ghat around 2 am.
From there I took an autorickshaw and left for lunch. Now we went to Poushi restaurant. Because it is a very famous restaurant in Cox's Bazar and we went there and saw that we have to wait for a long time to eat there. But we did so because of our greed for good and delicious food. Finally, we left for our lunch with a bowl of coral fish and delicious local fish. for home

After coming home, everyone took a bath and rested for a while. I went to Burmese Market A. This market is very famous for pickles, various cosmetics, chocolates, etc.

Basically, these products come from Myanmar. We went there and did some shopping. It was almost evening when we were returning home and our farewell bell rang from Cox's Bazar. Back home we packed everything and after saying goodbye to our friend we left for the bus counter.

That 2 days journey will be the most memorable moment of my life. On this journey, I with my friends enjoyed a lot. We will wanna make this kind of journey again and again.
