I'm finding it hard to care past what doesn't involve me. Since I have been back in Eugene, Oregon I have access to my computer(s) again and better abilities to keep up on Hive with people. So many people I want to keep up with but ultimately:

This is where @dynamicrypto has inspired me. He has been posting here on Hive relentlessly. The politics and hypocrisy can get weird if you spend too much time on here chasing dolphins and whales. I got to give Troy credit, he is consistent and a man of his word. @dandays is no different with his consistent posting while using his non dominate hand to post and even do construction work around the house.

I haven't had much to post about aside from negative things and I am trying my best to not focus too much on the negative. Negative feed back loops are a bitch.

I just recently got my bicycle repaired and took it out for a spin the other day as Eugene is starting to shake of the fall/winter rains.

My affidavit against my union, IATSE 720, and my employer, Encore Global, that I have been working on with the National Labor Relations Board is about ready for me to start editing. This will be a 100 page plus one I suspect but we will see. This has been a freaking a year in the making. Did I mention that:

I am trying my best to not focus too much on the negative.

But FUCK these bitch ass motherfuckers! I know Mr. Days that isn't too family friendly of content on this post... But that felt good and even better reading it back in my head! I know myself worth and will not let a bunch of lazy corrupt assholes imped my work or use me as tool to rip people off. I really want to lean in on this publicly but what will I say that hasn't been said already or isn't what others are already going through or has been through with modern day unions in a right to work state.

I am coming to the realization that I have seen too much corruption from a young child to an adult growing up in Las Vegas. I can not only spot it but also smell it a mile away as a result, I need to do more freelance work and steer away from the woke sold out unions where checking a box is more important than skill sets. Although, I suspect once these affidavits are completed I will be given my job back and have to move back to Las Vegas sooner than later.

I recently decided to take a freelance gig for a 7 city tour spread out over time. I quit that job after the 5th city. I was tired of working 24-48 hour shifts with no overtime, per diem or paid travel days. I was able to design and program a dance convention. It was way different than what I was used to doing in terms of playing with lights for 12 plus hours a day. I was doing so on an outdated and limited lighting board but still killed it. Just because of the way I ran the lights billionaires in multiple cities were turned on to the Dance convention Art of Movement and the production company I was working for. I never really had the appropriate time to program lights either. I only did half of what I wanted to do.

The whole experience was initially just a way to find work outside the Union and kill time as my federal charges/ allegations are being written up against my Union and Employer. However, I discovered a renewed interest in programing lights. Last year I gained a renewed interest in the Entertainment business managing crews and programming lights for basic stale corporate events. Now I want to program lights for actual music shows. It turned me on more than I expected.

Seriously, how cool would it be to make a show look like this?

Not the direction I wanted to go in life. I would rather grow cannabis, food, make compost and hang tuff with mother nature and her animal friends. Unfortunately, that is not will pay the bills. Recently, I got a new computer to be able to process 3d graphics so I can better program at home and get a lot better at programming past just stagnant corporate events. The GrandMa3 lighting board software is free and comes with a built in 3d visualizer. Im taking my time and trying to be thorough with the process of learning the software. Hopefully, this affidavit process isn't too lengthy so I can better focus on learning it better or rather becoming more efficient in executing lighting looks/cues.

Unfortunately, I am faced with editing an affidavit this week and will probably take weeks to complete. This process has been extremely draining mentally in the sense of trying to focus anything outside of defending my name and career. So for the time being I am going to have simply focus on my court stuff instead of progressing my skill sets with programing lights. I sense that in general my path in life isn't to grow plants/homestead or to even have a job/career. I feel it is to just try to live in the now and be of service to others in a healthy compacity. I am a systems guy. I can be inserted in most systems and help said system run more efficiently or be more productive. However, outside of working for oneself, is the western world really looking for systems to run smooth or be more productive? It would appear that is not the case.
