I made a threesome of a phone call after dinner tonight, It was with the other girls that I have gone on vacation with every year since college, except for 2020. I love my friends. I don't have a lot of free time to have those meaningful conversations that mean so much to us... so, I did it together, just like we might be having coffee or a glass of wine. I love my friends. Did I say that already? They are the words that create so many chapters in the story of my life, adding the beauty and making it hard to put down.
I must confess, I told my lovely friend @sunscape that I have never seen these kind of daffodils before. I was scrolling through my camera tonight, and what did I see? Yes... just like that. I saw them and never noticed.
I used these words on my friends tonight. All the loveliness in the world would never match the heart you both have. I am amazed at your capacity to do good works and be open with your heart and life. Of course, your friends would fill your life with love. It's only because they mirror you in some way or another. I really mean that and I hope they embraced it.
Love makes the world go round. Truly. ❤️
Their beauty whispers, in my world, even as they fade, wither and as a final point, fall back to the earth.
All I have are my words, armed in my mind, written in pen, stand by stand. Oh, yes. Still by hand. It has a different feel. Altered not by keys, backspace, and delete, I write, erase, tear it to pieces and start all over again. And again.
It’s my way. I walk out to the deep end of the page and dive right in.

Love is everywhere. I love the first two photos. They look as if the central part of the flowers would glow, emanate light, or something like that. Sometimes I also take similar photos about flowers. They are beautiful, and they make our days better and more colorful.

They do, don't they? The tulips glowed even more. I love when the sun is in the right position like that. Flowers do make the world a better place. Flowers are mood boosters. The presence of roses and rosemary, for instance, are known to improve your concentration and focus. I will have to try that on a day I am having trouble with focus.

I’m glad that you’ve got some great close friends like that! Through time and one reason or another I don’t have anyone from college that i still talk to but it’s for the best. I enjoy reading that people still talk with friends like that though!
A few of us always kept in touch, even though all of us live over 1,000 miles from each other. One just recently relocated to the East Coast from Oregon! Yay! But, even with marriage, kids and illness, and death, we get together and go away once a year together. We promised we would.
I love close-ups of things although I am not a real macro person. I did buy a macro lens, but, I have to say I love close-up better. Macro is a skill, close up is a look. Does that make sense?

I am too!!! There are so many different varieties, some almost look like another species altogether. We always had them in our New England garden, but, I think as years go by, they have really gained a lot of popularity!
I see them everywhere now and are very much highlighted. It delights me to no end.

No. I was talking phone conversations. Three people/one conversation. It is quite challenging with talkers.

Beautiful shots. That is cool that you are still able to talk to them even if you aren't able to get together. I commuted for college, so I kind of missed out on the whole social piece of it. I kind of wish I had some crazy college friends I could talk about, but I really don't :)

Awesome that you have been blessed with such friends! I have to say, I never have found much value in friendships of such, but that is certainly just my bad luck. I have seen it happen in films, so I believe it to be true, yet never had that experience.
