My dear readers I would like to tell you that lately I have been curious to substitute ingredients for others that are healthier for the body, this time I wanted to prepare a gluten free cake so I substituted the conventional wheat flour for oat flour, which is obtained by blending the oat flakes; to give a little texture to my cake I wanted to add one of my favorite fruits, which has high potassium content and helps us to control blood pressure levels in the body; this combination of ingredients helped me to create a delicious cake based on oatmeal and cambur excellent for snacking in a healthier way.

Preparación / Preparation
Primeramente lavamos y pelamos los cambures, los colocamos en un tazón y los trituramos con la ayuda de un tenedor; le agregamos las 2 cucharadas de mantequilla, los 150 gramos de azúcar y el huevo, batimos bien.

Por otra parte licuamos la avena en hojuelas, hasta convertirlas en polvo, es decir una especie de harina, la agregamos a la mezcla del cambur conjuntamente con los 250 ml de agua, vamos batiendo para evitar grumos en la mezcla, por ultimo agregamos la vainilla y el polvo de hornear, batimos enérgicamente para integrar los ingredientes.

Engrasamos el molde para tortas y colocamos un poco de harina de trigo, para evitar que nuestra torta se pegue; vertemos nuestra mezcla y llevamos al horno el cual debe estar precalentado a 150 grados y cocinamos por aproximadamente 40 minutos (recuerda que el tiempo de cocción dependerá de la intensidad de cada horno)
