My habits - QOTW 10.3

This week's topic is extremely interesting and, for me at the same time is a coincidence, I found it incredible when I saw the publication, because a few days ago I was talking with my wife about something similar and it had to do with our habits, what we wanted to change, what we thought to improve and also these that we should do aside.
I am a person who has bad habits and, well as the post says, we all have them, but how good or bad are mine, well when I read my wife was nearby and we started to discuss about this topic after telling her the content of this week's post, we started a small debate to know what our good and bad habits were, conversation that helped me to identify the good I can have, since I thought I didn't have any good habits.
I will start by telling my bad habits, which I am not proud of, but that's what it's all about, opening up and telling the good and bad, among the bad habits I have, which are too many, I will make a summary of them, because I could certainly write an endless post.
Bad Habits
Smoking, I think it is the worst of all I have, as it deteriorates my health day by day and, is that in countless times I have tried to quit, I have managed for months, but I always retake it as an idiot, I think it is the hardest thing that has touched me, many people tell me that it is not having willpower and I tend to believe that I am weak in that sense, I have tried with patches, drops and many things to leave it aside, even recently I bought a Vaper to see if it would take away my desire to smoke a little and it was a silly purchase, since I did not achieve anything, the first day I left it thrown in a drawer.

Another bad habit I have is to get up late, although this habit I got when the radical quarantine began in my country, I did not go out and worked at home, which made me start working at night, because I felt I could do my activities more quietly, as a result my biological clock was completely out of control, to the point that no matter how early I get up I always end up going to bed almost at dawn hours, this has also affected my health and I lead a very sedentary life.

Bad eating habits, this comes hand in hand with the previous point, as my wife and daughters also have my sleep problems, so we usually always get up at noon and end up eating something that is prepared quickly and unhealthy, we eat a lot of fried food and sugars, As a consequence I have gained weight, something that I can not do, because years ago I had an accident, I broke my leg and as a consequence I have a disability and the weight gain has led me to have lately many pains in the spine as well as the knee and femur that suffered due to the same accident.

Good
Choosing these was difficult because when I started to think for myself, as much as my head was spinning I could not find anything good, but my wife helped me by telling me some and I came to think I was right about it, the first is that I am focused on what I want, when I want something I propose myself until I achieve it, on the other hand I am very humble, I help those I can without expecting something in return, although I do not consider this as a habit but one of my ways of being, my partner told me that I could categorize it as such.

Another good habit I have is reading and, although I do not read many books, I am always researching and reading content that leaves me some teaching, usually in my area of work, so I always try to learn something good every day, another habit I have is to save, I have always liked to leave money for unforeseen events, and even if they do not come, I always save because I have always thought that you never know when you will need to have money available.
I think these are my most notable good habits, or so I think, but if we go to the bad ones, I could write many more, so I highlighted those that for me are the most relevant.

Hello @doudoer from your post I guess your a night person. I am guilty of this habit too. For the smoking, I would suggest you go natural by using black pepper essential oil, just a few drops, and inhale for a few minutes it worked for my uncle. Now his cravings for cigarette is low. I hope this helps.
I enjoyed reading your post! Thank you for participating in the QOTW!.
Saving and reading are excellent habits. Being humble is something we should all aim to achieve. Lousy, junk food, though, is something to avoid as is smoking. I hope you reaffirm the good and kick the bad. Thank you for posting in the EcoTrain community
If of all the good or bad that I may have, certainly these bad habits of eating poorly, sleeping little and smoking excessively, make my health deteriorate slowly, I hope to improve in these aspects soon.
This is interesting as you have listed some of your good and bad habits to us. Smoking is really bad and dangerous to the end and I think eliminating it completely takes steps. Perhaps reducing your intake daily till you can completely stop it.
Also, sleeping late can affect us in many ways and the best way to start waking up early is by setting an alarm to help you. I love the good habit which is being focused at everything you do. This is very good as it helps one achieve something on time. Thank you
I think it's time to make a change in my life, I am currently trying to quit smoking, lowering the doses as you recommend and certainly I feel much better, I hope soon for my health to leave it aside, and my biological clock, I have plans for this too, although with my work is a little difficult to leave aside the fact of sleeping late, but I will try, thanks for stopping by, greetings.
