El ser humano per se no podría vivir sin socializarse, sin relacionarse, sin comunicarse, es su instinto, su naturaleza. Estar en comunidad representa su subsistencia en el planeta, la unión, la cooperación, lo hace ser un ser completo, donde solvente sus necesidades básicas.
The human being per se could not live without socializing, without relating, without communicating, it is his instinct, his nature. Being in community represents his subsistence on the planet, the union, the cooperation, makes him a complete being, where he solves his basic needs.
¿Quieres saber que me motiva a estar aquí? Su gente, la retroalimentación, la simbiosis que se crea entre los usuarios: Hivers & comunidad, como creadores de contenido, una no existe sin la otra, es tan grande, que parece increíble, se tejen cosas hermosas, es una de las cosas que me motiva a estar en Hive. Esto representa de acuerdo a mi criterio el Poder de una Comunidad.
Se estrechan los lazos de amistad, crecen juntos aportando valor a todo lo que se realice, apoyarse y estar al pendiente los unos de los otros, es cuando nos atrevemos a decir esa Comunidad es mi hogar, existe la capacidad inclusive de traspasar esa pantalla para llegar al mundo real, eso es hermoso, ese el Poder de una comunidad.
Los que lideran las Comunidades, son personas altamente motivadoras, aunque su trabajo no es fácil, es arduo, parecen pulpos, van de aquí y de allá buscando información, estudiando cada tópico, preparándose para dar lo mejor de sí. Tienen que valerse de las herramientas humanas, de mercadeo, y enamorar a ese usuario que a la vez es un consumidor potencial de información, auparlo, que se sienta como en su casa, ese es un termómetro que indica que ya ha sido conquistado.
Para mí representa la columna vertebral de toda Comunidad, de cualquier organización. Es el que busca que su trabajo sea visto y guste. Él es el que escoge donde quiere estar, él que se identifica porque ha llegado al nicho que lo hace sentir bien.
La gente, el calor humano que desprenden, sus emociones se cuelan por la pantalla para llegar a ese mundo virtual donde hacen vida y se sienten en bienestar pleno. Allí, en ese espacio virtual, el Hiver da lo mejor de sí, disfruta un momento espectacular, placentero, de relax, donde todo es posible, donde los sueños se hacen realidad. Estos son quienes le dan vida a las Comunidades.
La Comunidad puede existir, pero sin la interacción virtual o real entre los usuarios no tendría razón de ser, todos dentro de la cadena de valor son importantes, es por esto y por mucho más que me siento motivada de estar aquí, me encanta ver el trabajo creativo de cada una de las abejitas que conforman esta hermosa Colmena.
Mis respetos para todos los que hacen vida en Hive, en la Colmena, en la blockchain, les deseo que todos sus sueños se hagan realidad, todo de la mano del Dios todopoderoso. Que el universo abra sus puertas y derrame miles de bendiciones, salud y paz en sus hogares.
Do you want to know what motivates me to be here? Its people, the feedback, the symbiosis that is created between users: Hivers & community, as content creators, one does not exist without the other, it is so big, it seems incredible, beautiful things are woven, is one of the things that motivates me to be in Hive. This represents according to my criteria the Power of a Community.
Bonds of friendship are strengthened, we grow together adding value to everything that is done, support and be aware of each other, is when we dare to say that Community is my home, there is even the ability to go beyond that screen to reach the real world, that's beautiful, that the power of a community.
Communities, their leaders, support
Those who lead the Communities are highly motivating people, although their work is not easy, it is arduous, they look like octopuses, they go here and there looking for information, studying each topic, preparing themselves to give the best of themselves. They have to make use of human tools, of marketing, and make the user fall in love, who is also a potential consumer of information, to make him feel at home, that is a thermometer that indicates that he has already been conquered.
The Hiver
For me it represents the backbone of any Community, of any organization. He is the one who wants his work to be seen and liked. He is the one who chooses where he wants to be, the one who identifies himself because he has reached the niche that makes him feel good.
People, the human warmth they give off, their emotions slip through the screen to reach that virtual world where they make life and feel in full welfare. There, in that virtual space, the Hiver gives the best of himself, enjoys a spectacular, pleasant, relaxing moment, where everything is possible, where dreams come true. These are the people who give life to the Communities.
The Community may exist, but without the virtual or real interaction between users it would have no reason to exist, everyone in the value chain is important, it is for this and much more that I feel motivated to be here, I love to see the creative work of each of the little bees that make up this beautiful Hive.

La capacidad de relacionarme y socializar para mí es fascinante, es motivador, me permite compartir experiencias con las demás personas, con el tiempo vamos fortaleciendo lazos de amistad, se comparte información, celebrar los eventos importantes como los no cumpleaños, donde la adrenalina está a millón por la emoción.
Encontramos amigos, parejas, nos retroalimentamos, velamos por los intereses comunes. Me siento como que estuviera en casa, a veces pasamos más tiempo virtual que real. Llegamos a empatizar con esas personas que nos preocupamos por ellos, sus logros son los nuestros.
Me emociono al conectarme, para saludar y agradezco a Dios por permitirme disfrutar y vivir esos momentos tan espectaculares. Cada quien tiene su punto de vista que defiende a capa y espada, lo importante es buscar un punto de equilibrio donde rija el respeto a las opiniones de cada quien y sobretodo hacer lo que nos guste.
El sentido de identidad es crucial para el ser humano, cuando Hive acepto mi nombre de usuario, donde veo un logo de Hive, mi corazón salta de alegría. Cuando publico en cualquier Comunidad, sé que existo, esta es una de las cosas que me hacen seguir aquí, esto forma parte de mi identidad. Nos vamos moviendo, buscamos el nicho que nos arropará de acuerdo a nuestro talento.
Es fascinante leer el contenido de cada creador, los retroalimento a través de palabras de reconocimiento, basado siempre en el respeto mutuo. Me encanta hacer sentir bien al que este a mi lado así sea virtualmente. Y aún ¿Quieres saber que me motiva a estar aquí?, pues el trato amable, de respeto, colaboración, y el cariño de la gente de Hive.
The ability to relate and socialize is fascinating for me, it is motivating, it allows me to share experiences with other people, over time we strengthen bonds of friendship, share information, celebrate important events such as birthdays, where the adrenaline is a million for the excitement.
We meet friends, we find partners, we get feedback, we look after common interests. I feel like I'm at home, sometimes we spend more time virtual than real. We get to empathize with those people we care about them, their achievements are ours.
I get excited to connect, to say hello and thank God for allowing me to enjoy and live such spectacular moments. Everyone has their own point of view that they defend to the hilt, the important thing is to find a point of balance where respect for the opinions of each person governs and above all to do what we like.
The sense of identity is crucial for the human being, when Hive accepts my username, where I see a Hive logo, my heart jumps with joy. When I post in any Community, I know I exist, this is one of the things that keep me here, this is part of my identity. We keep moving, we look for the niche that will tuck us in according to our talent.
It is fascinating to read the content of each creator, I feed them back through words of appreciation, always based on mutual respect. I love to make the person next to me feel good, even virtually. And do you still want to know what motivates me to be here, the kindness, respect, collaboration, and affection of the people of Hive.

Bella Comunidad de #Empowertalent, desde que el mundo es mundo, las personas, los animales se han organizado de acuerdo a sus intereses, a lo que tengan en común, y se han creado comunidades organizadas, bajo ciertas normas, comandada por alguien que da los lineamientos, porque es que alguien deberá llevar la batuta.
Deseo que el espacio donde hacemos vida se mueva bajo la mejor buena vibra, que acudan personas ordinarias para crear momentos extraordinarios, que las personas sigan compartiendo sus vivencias transformadas en bellos escritos, sus penas y alegrías, sus aciertos y desaciertos, esto nos hace ser empáticos con los que nos relacionamos, otorga bienestar y felicidad, eso me motiva a estar aquí, así lo siento como cuando estoy en casa.
