Carta al año 2024 [ESP-ENG]

“¡Doryta!, y ¿Aún estás arreglándote?, muchacha, va a entrar el año nuevo, y es ¡bisiesto! Más para agarrarlo con ímpetu, con emoción, esperarlo con alegría, hay que caminar con el junto de la mano, calmada, pero con ¡Optimismo!”. Pareciera que estuviera escuchando a mi madre. Sé que desde el sitial que Dios otorgo a mis padres, ellos nos bendicen y protegen. Estarán siempre conmigo.
En mi familia prepararnos para recibir el Nuevo Año es de lo más especial, un ritual. Siempre hemos pensado que como nos preparemos y sintamos anímicamente, de esa manera el universo sabría lo que desearíamos en la vida y eso sería lo que nos tocaría en esos 366 días por vivir.
¡Wuao! Recibí el nuevo año 2024 en compañía de los seres que amo y son importantes en mi vida. Agradezco a la tecnología, ya que, a través de esta, he vivido momentos importantes y de emoción con mi familia. Las emociones y sentimientos han volado hacia otras fronteras y han dado alegría a nuestros corazones, hemos visto el recibimiento del año de otros países. Esto ha sido ¡espectacular!

I know that from the seat God gave my parents, they bless and protect us. They will always be with me.
In my family, preparing to welcome the New Year is a very special ritual. We have always thought that the way we prepare ourselves and the way we feel, that way the universe would know what we would wish for in life and that would be what we would get in those 366 days to live.
Wow! I received the new year 2024 in the company of the people I love and who are important in my life. I am grateful to technology, since, through it, I have lived important and emotional moments with my family. Emotions and feelings have flown to other frontiers and have given joy to our hearts, we have seen the reception of the year from other countries. It has been spectacular!

Como es costumbre, a final de cada año le escribo una carta al año saliente de agradecimiento por todo lo vivido y una al Nuevo Año, con mis deseos, sueños, y peticiones por el futuro que ha de venir.
Tome papel y lápiz y he escrito lo siguiente:
Querido y apreciado amigo año nuevo 2024, estoy consciente de que no eres responsable ni tienes la culpa de cargar con mis deseos, sueños y anhelos no cumplidos por el que han llamado 2023, que has acabado de sustituir, que a pesar de todo él fue bueno, y no cumplió todos mis sueños, no porque no quisiera hacerlo, estoy consciente que sencillamente no era el tiempo.
El otro se fue y ni cuenta me di, inclusive muchas cosas han cambiado… Es impresionante como inmediatamente a pesar de eso, cuando sonaron las doce campanadas, y aún me deleitaba y comía las uvas del tiempo —esta vez no se escuchaba el poema del gran Andrés Eloy Blanco, pero a través de mi mente lo narraba—.
Es que tenía muchos deseos por pedir. Estaba tan emocionada que iba por el deseo número 7 y estaba repitiéndolos. Me emociona tanto al verlo llegar, mi corazón saltaba de alegría, él me miró, yo lo mire y nos abrazamos, después nos tomamos de la mano, lo agarre tan fuerte que mis manos dolieron, Lo espere con optimismo, rebosante de salud, con muchos sueños y deseos por cumplir.
As is customary, at the end of each year I write a letter to the outgoing year of thanks for all that I have experienced and one to the New Year, with my wishes, dreams, and requests for the future to come.
I took paper and pencil and have written the following:
Dear and appreciated friend new year 2024, I am aware that you are not responsible nor are you to blame for carrying my wishes, dreams and desires not fulfilled by the one they have called 2023, that you have just replaced, that in spite of everything he was good, and did not fulfill all my dreams, not because I did not want to do it, I am aware that it was simply not the time.
The other one left and I didn't even realize it, even many things have changed... It is impressive how immediately in spite of that, when the twelve bells rang, and I still delighted and ate the grapes of time -this time the poem of the great Andrés Eloy Blanco was not heard, but through my mind I narrated it-.
I had so many wishes to ask for. I was so excited that I was on wish number 7 and I was repeating them. I was so excited to see him arrive, my heart jumped with joy, he looked at me, I looked at him and we hugged, then we held hands, I held him so tightly that my hands hurt, I waited for him with optimism, full of health, with many dreams and wishes to fulfill.

Entiendo …, mi querido año 2024, que debes asumir todo lo que le paso al que antecedes, eso nos ha pasado a todos de una forma u otra en algún momento de nuestras vidas y nos ha tocado cargar con responsabilidades que no nos corresponden, pero querido amigo, … Así es la vida.
Muchos como yo tenemos plena fe, confianza y optimismo que en la gestión que debas enfrentar, aunque hablen mal de una particularidad que cargas: ser un año bisiesto. Confió plenamente en que lo sabrás encarar, porque una cosa es una cosa y otra cosa es lo que Dios y el universo nos tenga deparado.
Existen muchos mitos acerca de los que como algunos han ostentado ser años bisiestos, se ha hablado mucho y no muy bueno, pero como me rige el optimismo, cambio de piel como las culebras, y trabajo, el encuentro con mi yo interno, auguro que el universo de la mano del Dios todopoderoso o en lo que creamos harán de ti año 2024 uno de los años más memorables y exitosos en todos los ámbitos de mi vida, todo el que me rodee, y para el mundo entero.
Estimado amigo año 2024, por lo antes expuesto y por muchas otras cosas más, no he dejado de escribir mi petitorio.
Aunque pediré lo de siempre para el mundo entero, paz, salud, que nunca falte el pan de cada día en todos los hogares, empatía de la buena hacia el prójimo, los animales y a nuestra madre, la tierra, buena labor, alegrías, que nuestra bella Venezuela termine de tocar fondo y renazca como el ave Fénix, porque solo así emergerá de las cenizas, será próspera y brillará.
De igual manera, los países que se encuentran bajo nuestra misma condición. He hecho una petición especial por el pueblo de Argentina, he pedido lo mejor de lo mejor por quienes los últimos meses han sufrido la fuerza implacable de un tornado, algunas familias, entre ellas la de @pablo1601, compañero Hivers, quien ha sufrido junto a su familia y coterráneos los embates de la naturaleza. Para él y el pueblo argentino deseo su pronta recuperación emocional y económica.
I understand ..., my dear year 2024, that you must assume everything that happened to the one before you, that has happened to all of us in one way or another at some point in our lives and we have been burdened with responsibilities that do not correspond to us, but dear friend, ... That is life.

Seguiré viviendo bajo la premisa del agradecimiento, amigo año 2024, creo que con lo malo que paso en el año 2023 deberíamos hacer borrón y cuenta nueva. Pero, eso sí, únicamente de lo malo, se tomaría eso como aprendizaje y seguiríamos tratando de hacer un mundo mejor. Podríamos ¡lograrlo!, solo si lo creemos y por ende lo crearíamos.
Bueno, … He escrito bastante, he tomado como cinco tazas de un delicioso café, ahí va la lista de peticiones, aunque creo que ya he pedido bastante. He decidido transitar contigo estos 366 días bajo un clima de cordialidad, respeto, consideración y paz.
De igual manera enfrentar con madurez las vicisitudes que el universo nos tenga preparado y eso intentaré recibirlo con humildad. Ya que los amigos debemos estar unidos en las buenas y en las malas.
De todas maneras, mientras vayan transcurriendo los días, es muy probable que vuelva a escribirte para ir afinando los deseos y el pliego de peticiones.
Se despide una amiga que ya empezó a quererte.
