Saturday found us with more commitments which took us through the streets of Tirana, already blooming with spring clothes, girls' regular make-up and the new fashion of pants and jackets which were worn with spring pants in many girls and women because the shops of the main streets of the working town had more or less the same clothes; seamstresses worked undisturbed by passers-by in shops with half-open doors. E shtuna na gjeti me shume impenjime te cilat na cuan neper rruget e tiranes te lulezuara tashme nga veshjet e pranveres make up i rregullt i vajzave dhe moda e re e pantallonave dhe xhaketave te cilat ishin veshur me pantallona pranverore ne shume vajza dhe gra meqe edhe dyqanet e rrugeve kryesore te qytetit te punes kishin nxjerre pak a shume te njejtat veshje; rrobaqepeset punonin te patrazuara nga kalimtaret ne dyqanet me dyer gjysem te hapura. Neper rruge teksa kaloja mund te dalloja vetem kokat e ulura mbi copa apo qendisma dhe klientet futeshin tere kujdes neper dyer te ngushta per te bere porosi. E shtuna ne tirane i gjeti dhe pasticerite me embelsirat jashte te ekspozuara mire por jo te fresketa; nese doni pasta te fresketa shkoni ne Shkoder aty do te gjeni pasta te mira te bere me krem veze dhe te sapo nxjerra ne ekspozim. Ne tirane eshte e veshtire te gjeni nje pasticeri te tille, cilesise se ushqimit nuk para i kushtojne vemendje. Por Tirana eshte e njohur si qyteti i punes; njerezit vijne nga qytete te tjera dhe punojne pastaj kthehen; ne nje numer te madh njerezit e ardhur nga jashte kane hapur nje biznes te vetin dhe punojne ne tirane; ketu ka nje numer te madh te atyre qe kane hapur bare restorante dhe qendra parukerie por dhe te tjera. Dyqane me rroba ka plot po ashtu dhe farmaci.

Sabato ci ha trovato con più impegni che ci hanno portato per le strade di Tirana, già fiorita di vestiti primaverili, trucco regolare delle ragazze e la nuova moda di pantaloni e giacche che venivano indossati con pantaloni primaverili in molte ragazze e donne perché i negozi di le strade principali della città operaia avevano più o meno gli stessi vestiti; le sarte lavoravano indisturbate dai passanti nei negozi con le porte semiaperte. Per strada, mentre passavo, vedevo solo teste sedute su pezzi o ricami, e i clienti entravano con cautela attraverso porte strette per fare ordini. Sabato a Tirana trovate anche pasticcerie con i dolci all'esterno ben esposti ma non freschi; se volete la pasticceria fresca andate a Scutari, lì troverete dei buoni pasticcini fatti con crema all'uovo e appena messi in bella mostra. A Tirana è difficile trovare una pasticceria del genere, fanno attenzione alla qualità del cibo, non ai soldi. Ma Tirana è conosciuta come la città del lavoro; le persone vengono da altre città e lavorano poi ritornano; un gran numero di persone provenienti dall'estero hanno aperto una propria attività e lavorano a Tirana; qui sono tanti quelli che hanno aperto bar, ristoranti, centri parrucchieri e altro. Ci sono molti negozi di abbigliamento e farmacie.
