RED Samurai 😅😅

Earlier this week I was planning out a post about how time and aging affects women and men differently because of their hormones and their body make up. Sweet topic if you ask me and I was just getting warmed up to make a post about it yesterday till the best thing happened.

I can not call it the worst because it'll mean so many things if it never happened to me. So yippee as my friend would call it the “Red Samurai” came around. I honestly don't know where he got the I spiraling for that name but I like it so I'll use it. Plus it's catchy.

Anyways. I was making a crocheting durag yesterday and like literally slow motion my pace got slower. I started feeling the signs last week but yesterday was like a whole slow mo I went from fast to wondering why I am so slow. I got slower n my breathing was weaker and I was like hold on a minute rushed to the bathroom n boom.

Someone might be thinking that I'm irresponsible and why don't I have the date written down so I can plan for it, well everyone is not the same for most people on a specific date in a month it just comes but mine fluctuates so I don't have a date I just know it'll happen this week. I dunno if you get me. Also another person might be wondering why most of the posts I make here are related to this topic. Well first of all, where else would I rather blab about how I feel if not in a community of strong women. Secondly it's really not planned, it just happens that way.

Back to it. In The space of 3 hours I went from strong and agile crocheter to sleepy and extremely slow little woman and till I went to bed I was still asking myself “ermm what just happened” that's how funny it was.

Fast forward to this morning where I was sniffing pizza in the air but no one else was. Why was that, well it's because I was craving pizza.
As beautiful as cravings can be. They can also be very annoying and frustrating. You tend to lose the ability to eat any other food if not the one you're craving. Or when you get what you are craving you lose the vibe to eat it and start craving something else leaving the meal you just got to sit in the fridge till when you feel better.

Then the hypersensitivity is literally to cry for 😅😅😅 like I was smiling why am I in tears , why am I angry and then down to sad. Lol. I have been in a bucket load of pain and all this writeup was just so I could ask if there are natural remedies that can help with the pain because I don't take pills for it and I don't eat to change that. At least not yet.
