We have seen with our own eyes that the school people here used to chat with the children inside the eighth glass and when that child grew up in the ninth grade. Inside, he used to fail because he didn't know anything.

Due to this system, people were very worried that our child got very good marks in class 8. What happened to him. And especially those who were the children of the heads who were teaching in the school, they were taken care of a lot, they were chatted a lot and their position was so, that's why this system is completely broken here.

There should be such a system in the schools that the son, daughter and relatives of the head who is teaching there should not be given admission in that school at all, otherwise this work will be completely wrong and the children will be passed.

And if the rest of the children are disturbed then this system is very wrong and I have seen all these things happening with my own eyes. The children did not even study but still passed.

As long as this system continues, no child will be able to succeed in our country. All these things are done up to the school level and when you go further, things have become very bad there too. I will tell you all about them now.

Books from 1980 are being taught here till date which have no relevance in the next life nor are they being told about modern technology nor are they being told about digital technology. Those who get good marks in the paper are put in the next class.

Still these people do not understand that now the world has changed, we have to change ourselves. They will be able to succeed inside and our children will be able to compete with the world. Otherwise, if the system continues, nothing will be possible and the most wrong system here is to give money and let the child pass.

If a person who is honest still goes and he tries to change this system, then all the other people get him transferred and this system continues to run in the same way and it is not towards change at all is not brought and those who are honest people cannot do anything here.

If this system is to be changed, then one person cannot fulfill the people who are running this system. All these people have to change. Children's brains should start functioning well and what they are taught should be applied in their future life. I am benefiting us in this life.

And I share my experience with you. I myself have done 3 years diploma in chemistry from a private college and be it private college or private university they are only interested in their fee when our practicals.

Until today, within the whole year, they did not even take us inside a practical lab, nor did they ever show us a practical, and whenever there are practicals here, the children are from the ninth grade, even if it is a college. If they are from college or from the university, they have such advanced references that they pass the children and the same thing happened with us.

Here the practical marks of the children are not cut off at all and they are given full marks and when the child goes to the next field he does not even know how to work hard if he is a chemical engineer.

So he can't use a lab if he is a mechanical engineer then he can't make a car etc. Because of this kind of system our country is not developing and no industries are being set up here.

Some children are really fond of reading and I have seen them work very hard day and night in the beginning but when they see the system that even the hardworking child is being given so many marks and without hard work.

Even the children who are doing are being given so many marks, then those children who are too, they stop working hard and then they are also passed out, especially within the university and the same scene here within the university.

It is going on, practicals are not conducted at all and the degree is given like this and when they go, they are not able to work at all. Our friend has a B.S.I.T. degree, but he does not even know how to operate a computer.

Every child is educated by working hard and then when they grow up, they get jobs. Because of this, children have to go to foreign countries to earn money because without money, life cannot go on at all.
