Luego de mirar más de 100 horas de video en Youtube, he llegado a una conclusión:

Todos los grandes creadores son excelentes emprendedores. Y tienen una cosa en común…

Su rutina.

Vamos a verla. Punto por punto:

1️- Hora de levantarse?

4:30. 5:00. 5:30

Empiezan el día creando. Mayormente escribiendo, porque la escritura es aquello que más energía mental consume.

No hay sitio para la pereza.

Además, levantarse tan temprano le envía a tu cuerpo un mensaje claro:

Voy en serio.

2️- Luego, es momento del ejercicio

• Una buena sesión de fuerza en el gimnasio.
• Salir a correr unos cientos de metros.
• Cardio.

La idea es empezar a abrir al cuerpo y prepararlo para influencias externas.

Incluso una sencilla caminata hará el trabajo. Hablando de caminatas…

3️- Caminatas diarias para ejercitarse… y para pensar

Las mejores ideas surgen así, no sentado frente al teclado. EL 90 % de la escritura ocurre fuera del escritorio.

Siempre cargan con un dispositivo para tomar notas.

Hacen tormenta de ideas y asociación libre.

4️- Revisar las redes sociales lo más tarde posible.

A menudo, en las últimas horas de la mañana o sobre el mediodia.

Esto protege a tu mente de distracciones externas y la mantiene en estado de flujo.

¿Eres de los que revisa su móvil apenas se levanta?

5️- Una efectiva organización del tiempo.

Son capaces de administrar su día con precisión. Saben de cuántas horas disponen y la cantidad de energía para cada tarea.

No se toman el tiempo a la ligera.

Para ellos, el tiempo es el activo más valioso.

6️- Le dan una gran importancia al networking.

Si un creador está ganando popularidad no se sienten amenazados. Todo lo contrario.

Colaboran. Buscan apalancamiento.

Ese que ves como competidor tiene mucho en común contigo. De la unión siempre surgen cosas mejores.

7️- Están conscientes de su impacto y lo asumen con responsabilidad.

No aparentan, sino que se muestran tal cual son.

A cierto nivel, las personas se dan cuenta de que fingir no tiene sentido.

Ser uno mismo es la mejor manera de conducirse y la auténtica Marca Personal.

8️- Son humildes.

Los miras interactuar y notas que están tranquilos y sin querer destacar por encima de los demás.

No tratan de imponer sus ideas ni se ponen a la defensiva.

Saben que la comunicación es intercambio. Y el intercambio, desarrollo.

9️- Practican la autoreferrencia.

Esto significa que la brújula que guía sus acciones está dentro, no fuera.

Practican el ejercicio de pensar con cabeza propia. Prestan atención a la manera en que las cosas los hacen sentir.

Deciden en base a eso.

10- Convocan a ser proactivo.

Saben que consumir buen contenido es un arma de doble filo.

All great creators are excellent entrepreneurs. And they have one thing in common...

Their routine.

They brainstorm and free-associate ideas.

4️- Check social networks as late as possible.

5️- Effective time management.

You watch them interact and you notice that they are calm and not trying to stand out above others.

They don't try to impose their ideas or get defensive.

They know that communication is exchange. And exchange is development.

9️- They practice self-reference.

This means that the compass that guides their actions is inside, not outside.

They practice the exercise of thinking with their own head. They pay attention to the way things make them feel.

They make decisions based on that.

10- They call to be proactive.

They know that consuming good content is a double-edged sword.

So they push their audience to not just get the motivational dose. You have to do something with what you learn.

The best strategy is action.
