My Actifit Report Card: October 24 2021
Most of my daily life takes place in front of a notebook, apart from a few breaks for stretching, eating, and sleeping.
This leads to back pain and shortness of breath, at least for me. Plus, not only does every calorie seem to feel at home in my body, I'm sure they invite all the relatives without being asked. With the walks, the back pain is completely gone, I can inhale more deeply again without coughing when I smoke, and the weight gain has come to a halt.
I just learned today that I participated in another challenge, a Champions League from @merthin.
I'm sorry I didn't realize it sooner, I'm still busy trying to actually complete a few km each day to live up to @browery's invitation. I don't even manage to do that reliably, especially, because I really don't enjoy rain on my cold skin. And I really don't count myself in the Champions League with my 20 kilos of excess weight....
But despite my rather meditative walks and my start of these walks in July, I have already moved up to 202nd place in the annual ranking. Thanks, @pjansen for making this list and the weekly list.
Mein tägliches Lebens spielt sich größtenteils vorm Notebook ab, von ein Paar Stretching- Essens- und Schlafpausen mal abgesehen.
Das führt zu Rückenschmerzen und zu Kurzatmigkeit, jedenfalls bei mir. Außerdem scheint sich jeder Kalorie nicht nur heimisch in meinem Körper zu fühlen, ich bin auch sicher, die lädt ungefragt die gesamte Verwandtschaft ein. Mit den Spaziergängen sind die Rückenschmerzen komplett weg, Ich kann beim Rauchen wieder tiefer inhalieren ohne zu husten, und die Gewichtszunahme ist zum Stillstand gekommen.
Ich habe heute erst gelernt, dass ich bei einer weiteren Challenge mitgemacht habe, bei einer Champions League von @merthin.
Es tut mir leid, dass ich das nicht eher realisiert habe, ich bin noch damit beschäftigt, wirklich jeden Tag ein paar km zu absolvieren, um der Einladung von @browery gerecht zu werden. Nicht mal das gelingt mir zuverlässig, vor allem , weil ich wirklich keinen Spaß an Regen auf meiner kalten Haut habe. Und zur Champions League zähle ich mich mit meinen 20 Kilo Übergewicht wirklich nicht..
Aber trotz meiner eher meditativen Spaziergänge und meines Starts dieser Spaziergänge im Juli bin ich in der Jahreswertung bereits auf Platz 202 vor gerutscht. Danke @pjansen für die Erstellung dieser Liste und der Wochenliste.

you surprised everyone, including yourself, by getting thru the qualifications the Season 3 of Champions League :-)
The group phase is over and so ends your participation. Next Season (starting mid Nov), you will have another chance. And for those who do not qualify into Champions League, there's Consolation Cup. You do don't need to do anything extra - simply be active and publish your reports on match days. I will do all the scoring and counting.
PS. Just by being among the 16 players of Champions League, you earned 1HBD. I will send the prizes tomorrow. All info / announcements always come with my @actifit reports
PS.PS. 25kg ago doing 10k steps a day was a major achievement for me. Today I am not happy if I cannot make 20K :-)

From the end of November my life situation will change and should I ever find out how to count swimming, snorkeling and diving in the app, I will surely get more than 0 points.
I am a mountains animal, so don't know anything about water, but there must some water resistant watch that counts your activity? The challenge will be to sync it with ActiFit. I am wearing Fitbit Charge and it works great with Actifit, but not sure about its water-tightness
I also have a Fitbit Charge4 since a few weeks, which is supposed to be waterproof. In a few weeks I will know if and how it works.
Spaziergänge verbrennen mehr als man denkt und sich sehr viel besser als gar nix, also machst du das doch genau richtig. 🙃
