Greetings to my most beloved musical home, I am grateful for so much love week after week and for being one of the musical artists of week 26, total thanks to its leaders. This week I bring you a song that surely many of us know since it is a Venezuelan composition and is sung by our Ricardo Montaner, musician who makes us proud and marked an incredible era in the 80's and even when listening to him live makes your skin crawl.
Now I'm kind of consuming a lot of social networks, which I'm not very proud of (laughs) but somehow it has helped me to rediscover great musical gems that sometimes with the passage of time we forget. So that's when I ran into a man with a beautiful smile and big expressive eyes, his name is Juan Carlos Soto, and he was telling in a video that this song had been written by him when he was 22 years old, wow, I saw his story and I loved it, and he said that it was very difficult for him to give this song to Ricardo because it was a very special song for him. It was the best he could do and without a doubt as he said it fell into the best hands.

Esta semana les traigo una canción que seguro muchos de nosotros conocemos ya que es una composición venezolana y es cantada por nuestro Ricardo Montaner, músico que nos enorgullece y que marcó una era increíble en la época de los 80 y aun al escucharle en vivo hace que la piel se te erice.
Ahorita ando como que, consumiendo muchas redes sociales, cosa que no me siento muy orgullosa (Risas) pero de alguna forma me ha ayuda a redescubrir grandes joyas musicales qué a veces con el paso del tiempo se nos olvida. Entonces en ahí cuando me topé con un hombre con una sonrisa hermosa y unos ojos grandes muy expresivos, su nombre es Juan Carlos Soto, y estaba contando en un video que esta canción había sido escrita por el a los 22 años, wow, vi su historia y me encanto, y comento que para él fue muy difícil darle este tema a Ricardo ya que era un tema muy especial para él. Fue lo mejor que pudo hacer y sin dudas como dijo cayo en las mejores manos.

But the story doesn't end there, when he started to sing and play it I was astonished by his beautiful and heartfelt interpretation, this man with such a sweet voice and beautiful nuances made me love his version even more than Ricardo's, for me they both interpret it wonderfully.

Pero la historia no termina ahí, cuando empezó a cantarla y tocarla yo quede anonadada de su hermosa y sentida interpretación, este hombre con una voz tan dulce y con unos matices preciosos hizo que sin dudas su versión me encantara aún más que la de Ricardo, para mi ambos la interpretan maravillosamente.

Ahhh esta canción me encanta, de hecho Ricardo Montaner tiene canciones increíbles y además su voz es única y preciosa, el tiene muchas canciones con historias interesantes, algunas que son en otro idioma y el le hizo la versión en español y fueron un éxito.
