Thinking Like Gee

Life is filled with a lot of fallacies and falsities. A lot of times people lie to us about some things just because they know that you need to go through that same experience before you can realize the truth of the matter. One of them is when people tell you that their lives flash before their eyes when they were in an emergency. Well, that's a lie, my gee has been there and he says nothing of the sort happened.

@merit.ahama gather your girls around here, I have a truth to tell y'all. You see all those boys telling y'all that they can do anything for you guys, singing Bruno Mars and promising to catch a grenade for y'all? It's all a lie, they're all words and no action. But there's someone who has shown working, who has proven that he's not just words and no action. In fact he's said no words but has proven himself with action. If my gee @nelson-george could take over 15 bullets for his sister, imagine what he would do for y'all.

He's tall, dark (both in complexion and humor), cute, intelligent, funny and veritable. I remember how the nurses were jostling for his machine gun while treating him, so much that they had to insert something into his ass hole to subside the pain. Shit, they disvirgined my guy through the wrong hole. I pray he can be straight soon. Get well soon bro, this isn't the plan we had for Christmas.

But then being sick also has its own perks. For the most part, you can be mean to anyone without them being able to retaliate without looking like assholes. I remember when I was sick and my uncle came to visit me. During the visit, he tried to be funny so I wouldn't feel depressed. I shouted him down, telling him to take his nose that looks like a dual carriage way and get out of my sight.

He tried saying something back, but then I started writhing in pain, so he just pinched me and you can imagine how dramatic I started crying as if I was attacked with a machete. And when asked what happened I gladly pointed at him and screamed that he attacked me. You can imagine how asshole-ly he looked, and was eventually chased out of the room. I won!

Psalm 34:19 says that "Many are the afflictions of the righteous", I never really understood this Bible portion up until I decided to be more perceptive of my surroundings and that's where I received divine revelation. For example, just look at Nigerians, their numerous churches and men of God, and then examine what they're going through. Exactly! They're a perfect epitome of that Bible portion.

Every corner you turn in my country there is a new church springing up, so much so that shop prices have now skyrocketed in my area because of churches. It's like it is the higher the number of churches, the higher the number of our afflictions, and these people still haven't read the memo.
