Behind the camera, or "making of" as we usually call it in some audiovisual productions... It is a term that has become popular among content creators that refers to the documentation of a work or a production.

This type of videos (which also includes making photo documentation) are mostly made to show the process that takes place when you are making a performance of any kind of artistic work. This is done for many reasons, but mostly it is for publicity purposes, as well as to give evidence of the whole team working and collaborating in that work.

Some time ago I had the obligation to make a making of in the recording of a student short film, which was made within the facilities of the film school of Carabobo, in order to test some practical knowledge.

I had already had the opportunity to do this same work in other larger projects, but taking advantage that this was something student, I decided to make the photographs with a more artistic approach as a test, and well, here are some of the results that I managed to capture with my camera.

El Detrás de cámara, o "making of" como solemos llamarlo en algunas producciones audiovisuales… Es un término que se ha popularizado entre los creadores de contenido que hace referencia a la documentación de un trabajo o una producción.

Este tipo de vídeos (que también incluye hacer documentación fotografías) se realizan sobre todo para mostrar el proceso que se lleva a cabo cuando se está haciendo una representación de cualquier tipo de trabajo artístico. Esto se hace por muchos motivos, pero mayormente es con fines publicitarios, así como también para dar constancia de todo el equipo que trabajo y colaboro en dicha obra.

Hace algún tiempo tuve la obligación de realizar un making of en la grabación de un cortometraje estudiantil, que se hizo dentro de las instalaciones de la escuela de cine de Carabobo, con el fin de poner a prueba algunos conocimientos prácticos.

Yo ya había tenido la oportunidad de realizar esta misma labor en otros proyectos más grandes, pero aprovechando que esto se trataba de algo estudiantil, decidí realizar las fotografías con un enfoque más artístico a modo de prueba, y bueno, he aquí algunos de los resultados que logre capturar con mi cámara.
