Eating Legendary Kuo Tie (Roasted Dumpling)
Hello, friends especially foodies!
Recently me and family went to a kuo tie legendary which already famous over decades. Beside kuo tie actually this restaurant also sold some chinese food too.
We came before any customers come for the dinner and they had a quite spacy dining area, clean and neat.
The menus we ordered were all their specialist, we had their
fried vermicelli - tasted savory, with lots of toppings like meat, egg, fishball and veggie. I said it was tasty but what my family told me it was different from the old time they had gone there. Woah, it made me curious of it original oldies flavour!
roasted dumpling - had medium savory flavour, we had them with chilli sauce, sesame oil and crushed garlic so it had a bit sour, sweet and spicy flavour. I love them!
suan la tang (sour spicy soup) - Not like the name, it only had sour savory flavour. It contained meat and tofu, and it didn't taste like the old flavour.
The price to eat there was not cheap and supposed to be no other visits in short time.
Happy Monday and stay safe!

Every dish, no matter what country, we can always accept, but just like it is different, so what is necessary and special food does not really matter to me.
yum-yum-yum) It looks very appetizing) although it is a little not useful for the figure)) but sometimes you can treat yourself to such food)
Enjoy your meal)
Thanks and i enjoyed it :)
