It was a pretty busy day. I had a lower back problem again and was in a lot of pain when moving. Obviously walking in the mountains and staying in a tent in 0 degrees was not a good idea. I needed to fully recover first...Anyway, a massage therapist friend offered to give me an ultrasound procedure. I couldn't refuse.

What struck me was the stuffed iguana - his name was Iggy and he was her family's pet..Standing there as if he was alive..

I have had lower back pain as well it is not enjoyable.......
The hiking helps me, but the cold temperature that probably aggravated it my friend!
