Selfie grabbing mangoes from the tree 🥭

Blessings, my dear beauties! I'm finally back here sharing my daily experiences... This Easter Monday was quite enjoyable. I didn't have work, I was resting for the first time in a long time, and I decided to simply stay in my pajamas, go out into the garden, and breathe for a while. I took a selfie like this, without much effort, and said to myself: "You know what? Today I'm going to make some jam." I picked some mangoes from the tree in the yard, very calmly, without rushing, just flowing, and lit the stove to boil them. The idea is to have the pulp ready for tomorrow and prepare the jam as my family customs. I also picked some Chinese tamarind (which in some places is called carambola) to make another jam. In this house, if there's fruit on the trees, we use it. That's tradition. That moment of being at home, in comfortable clothes, connecting with nature, and doing something as simple yet so delicious as cooking with what the earth provides, made me very happy. This Easter looks peaceful, tasty, and full of sweets that I'll be showing you throughout the week.

Bendiciones mis queridos bellos! Estoy por fin nuevamente por acá comprtiendo mis vivencias cotidianas... Este lunes de Semana Santa fue bastante sabroso. No tenía trabajo, estaba descansando por primera vez en muchísimo tiempo, y decidí simplemente quedarme en pijamas, salir al jardín y respirar un ratico. Me tomé una selfie así, sin mucha producción, y me dije: “¿Sabes qué? Hoy voy a hacer dulce”... Bajé unos mangos de la mata del patio, con mucha calma, sin apuro, fluyendo y, prendí el fogón para hervirlos. La idea es tener la pulpa lista para mañana y preparar el dulce como se acostumbra en mi familia. También bajé tamarindo chino (que en algunos lados le dicen carambola) para hacer otro dulce. En esta casa, si hay frutas en los árboles, se aprovechan. Eso es tradición. Me dio mucha felicidad ese momento de estar en casa, con ropa cómoda, conectando con lo natural y haciendo algo tan simple pero tan rico como cocinar con lo que da la tierra. Esta Semana Santa pinta tranquila, sabrosa y llena de dulces que les voy a ir mostrando durante la semana.
